When I I look back on my first year in office, while there's too often dysfunction in Congress, I'm proud that I've been able to deliver critical investments for Delaware, deliver critical funding that is owed to individual Delawareans, and at the same time push back on the cruelty and the corruption of the Trump administration and Republicans in Congress.
