My head - spine - eye symptoms are so severe for so long i literally think even if i had something treatable it's not treatable anymore. I can hardly see. Everything is almost double. Severe head pain - pressure and right side migraines. Not able to hold my head. #mecfs #severeme

@Tyno_Simbal @MastcellMadness Da gibt es viel. Das möchte ich nicht alles aufzählen. Bin Schmerzpatientin gewesen und habe die üblichen Medikamente überhaupt nicht vertragen. Habe immer noch die Schmerzen. Keine Medikamente zur Linderung. Möchte evtl noch LDN versuchen.

Seitdem ich ME/CFS habe sind ein Teil meiner Schmerzen in/an den Rippen. Die gehen auch nicht weg. Heute Knochen Szintigrafie. Nächste Woche noch Axilla durchleuchten,da eine Verhärtung zu spüren ist. Drückt mir bitte die Daumen,dass ich keine Chemo mehr durchstehen muss.

@Bonnie_With_ME Viel Erfolg. Ich hatte das Symptom auch immer mal wieder, dass bestimmte Stellen am Brustkorb weh getan haben. Mit MCAS Behandlung ist es dann überraschenderweise weg gegangen. Hätte nie gedacht, dass bei mir das Symptom von den Mastzellen kommt.

Ich kann jetzt ca. 4 Stunden täglich aufrecht sein und ca. 1-2 Stunden sitzend am PC schreiben. \o/

VPS + self-hosted Supabase is insanely overpowered. People just don't understand. I'm running multiple sites, analytics, personal tools, some backends and a full Supabase instance with a 24/7 scraper that clones all of steam, doing constant data transformations on 350k+ row tables for $7 on a Hetzner VPS + Coolify - all while having a full Dashboard interface for my DB that is 100x better than Firebase, AWS, etc. Super thankful for all the tools out there.

Abi mit 1,3 nachgeholt, meinen Drecksjob gekündigt und studiere ab nächsten Monat aber das beste daran ist dass ich mich nie wieder von Rentnern beleidigen lassen muss weil die Brötchen jetzt 3Cent mehr kosten und noch Wasserflecken auf der Kuchengabel sind für Mindestlohn
