@united if I buy the WiFi I expect the streaming to work. Not only did the streaming now work the WiFi shut down entirely for half of my flight. I’d appreciate a direct message to organize a refund.

@united flew my whole life in United and now I can’t even find help. Call and there is a long wait, chat bot can’t answer a particular question and long wait for chat assistance online. How people are still travelling in such airline is beyond me.
