@united flight 3490 returned to the gate to “return” a bag that was mistakenly put on the plane by baggage handlers, inconveniencing everyone on the plane instead of one passenger on another flight. Over 30 mins lost for everyone onboard. Make it make sense.

@united hello - I had a light last Thursday that you cancelled. I spent hours on hold waiting for assistance to get on another flight but nobody answered and when someone did they discounted me within 5 minutes and didn’t call back. I need assistance

Thank goodness for Tena (guest agent) @united in IAH for saving me and getting me out after @AmericanAir left me stranded overnight. Even waived the bag fee since I’d already paid via American 😇

Having @Starlink on @united flights is an absolute game changer. It’s amazing how fast and reliable it is. Any other flight is maybe 50% it actually works and when it does it’s incredibly slow. Take now, I have no idea if this is actually going to get published as the internet on this flight is just terrible. @starlink needs to be deployed to all flights and airlines

@united is no @Delta . This wedding weekend turned into flight nightmares each way. But @Delta - thank you for handling everything right. @united we’re still stranded, told we’re not able to have our original upgraded seats, and can’t sit together. Really ? You can do better.
