Hey @Hertz, we rented a car yesterday at TPA, confirmation 373249682. We were given an EV with 14% charge. We asked about it before leaving the lot and were told it was fine because the car was a hybrid. We believed you, having never driven an EV or hybrid.

@Hertz Presidents Circle member here. My rental began Dec 22 on a 2 week reservation. Promised an upgrade that was denied at pickup. First vehicle was filthy. Replacement had engine light on, tire pressure warning, and no windshield wiper fluid. I was told I had no choice.

@Hertz must have the worst business model ever conceived. Overbooking car rentals at an airport rental facility and that results in customers waiting is a terrible idea. Never bringing you my business ever again and I’ll never recommend your company to anyone.

Terrible service by @hertz in Tulum Mx. They not only didn't had the type of car we rented, the solution was to give me a 6 level downgrade for the same price. When complaining about the price of the unit they just refer you to a customer service number that will open a ticket!!!
