At this point, DROPPING OFF your ballot at a ballot box is the safest method to ensure your vote gets counted. For those unable, head to the OR Secretary of State’s website to see how you can ensure it’s counted.

I’m proud to once again endorse @ValHoyle for Congress. As a union member, Val understands the needs of America's working class and has been an ally in the fight for a living wage, workers' rights and protecting Social Security. I urge Oregonians to send Val back to Congress.

I started advocating for workers with my union 40 years ago and I refuse to stand back and let this innovation move forward without being a clear and strong voice for workers and consumers interests. 4/4

I believe we need to have clear federal regulations that protect consumers, ensure that workers are part of the conversation on how to move forward and that we are proactively determining the direction of AI development so that the United States doesn’t get left behind. 3/🧵

There has been a lot of misinformation where I exactly stand on AI. Let me be crystal clear: 🧵

SCOTUS’s Callais decision is out.  SCOTUS just made it nearly impossible to prove racial gerrymandering. States can now draw racist maps, call it partisan politics, and walk free.  Here’s what that actually looks like. 🧵

🚨 NEWS: The amendment to remove the pesticide liability shield language from the Farm Bill WILL be made in order— meaning the full House will get a chance to debate and vote on this before final passage of the farm bill. Now, it’s not the “Pingree-Massie” Amendment, which had broad bipartisan support. But the text they went with is identical to ours so that’s a win in my book. This is huge victory, but the fight is far from over. Thank you thank you to everyone — including the #MAHA activists who raised hell and said loud and clear: we cannot support a Farm Bill that puts chemical company profits over the health of Americans! Let your Member of Congress know — support the @RepLuna Amendment!

MUST READ & RT 🧵 🔥Hell Hath No Fury Like a Woman Scorned Elon's latest baby mama exposes the MAGA narrative machine One of the persistent mysteries of modern politics is why the online right always seems to move in lockstep. A scandal breaks, even fake scandals like the Biden Crime Family and within minutes thousands of accounts are repeating the same attacks. Via the GOP’s Wall of Sound, things like trans people on beer cans or fake policies like CRT become MAJOR ISSUES. A talking point appears on Twitter, and suddenly it’s everywhere—from influencers to Fox News hosts to members of Congress. To outsiders, it looks like spontaneous grassroots consensus.

Abuse of power in Congress is not new. But once the Me Too movement exploded in 2017, I along with Republican Congressman Bradley Byrne from Alabama reformed the process by which victims of sexual harassment and assault could be protected and the Member be held accountable.

People run this country. No kings. No wannabe dictators. And no more illegal wars. I'm proud to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with tens of thousands of Oregonians out here today, peacefully exercising our constitutional rights.

And let's be clear: Sen. Mullin is not any better. The problems at DHS (internment camps, detaining children, US citizens being murdered) aren't going to go away. I am still a NO on funding CBP and ICE. (2/2)
