The nightmare that is @Xfinity continues. @XfinitySupport just lies to us now. Constantly. It’s normal for them.

Switched to @Xfinity and tried to upgrade my phone. They sent my new phone via @FedEx it got stolen in transit. I’ve received numerous apology emails from both companies, but still no phone after a month. I don’t care whose fault it is, why am I the one being punished?

Ordered a phone from @Xfinity to be delivered by @FedEx box arrived empty, phone stolen, both of these companies are making it impossible to resolve. I can’t recommend doing business with either. @XfinitySupport @FedExHelp please help!

Attempting to send @Starbucks gift cards to people for the holidays has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I will not be considering this gift option ever again.

@Apple products are 💩 the bed, big time. AirDrop never works when I need it to, despite all settings being correct. And AirPods never connect when I need them to, but are sure to when I don’t. 👎🏼

@SquarespaceHelp specifically, the @Google workspace integration is very confusing, and your site lacks answers to basic questions. I also feel ripped off by you after learning that I could have saved some $ had I signed up directly with google.
