@TransLucent_Org It’s your complete unwillingness to live your lives while still respecting women and simple sex-based boundaries (that exist for good reason) which has made me and a lot of the public lose nearly every last bit of support for you. See YouGov surveys. You’re your own undoing.

@TransLucent_Org What on earth do you mean by ‘unable to participate in society’? Men and women who say they are trans will be able to participate in every single thing that every other member of their sex can participate in. A few SINGLE SEX services are off limits because you ARE NOT THAT SEX.

@FlorrieFory213 Trans people can go to schools, universities, ride on public transport, get housing, buy homes, vote, be MPs. They are fully represented in the media. They are supported by celebrities. ALL they are being told to do is respect a few single sex spaces, and for very good reasons.

@FlorrieFory213 Your stance comes from a belief that when a man says he’s a woman, he is one. That then gives him access to spaces which are women-only. Those spaces aren’t supermarkets & restaurants. My stance is that he’s not changed sex and accommodating him & his dysphoria isn’t lawful.

We have done amazingly well in 7 years, battling captured state agents all the way and clawing back fundamental human rights that were very nearly destroyed. It is astonishing that this is reframed as a 'greased slope' and that women who demand their rights are motivated by 'hate' - but of course we are dealing with a cohort who believe that men are women just because they say they are. So it is not surprising.
Florrie Ford@FlorrieFory213

@SVPhillimore Or, if Sall Grover continues to cement resistance to organised hatred. You’ve had 7 straight years of greased slopes in government and courts already Sarah, the world sees it - and is getting tired of it

@FlorrieFory213 @SVPhillimore The views in those photos are unacceptable & now illegal because they make it clear that Black people shouldn’t be educated. Trans people have a right to education. They don’t have the right to have it in a girls’ school if they are male. You want special ADDITIONAL rights.

@FlorrieFory213 @SVPhillimore Racism isn’t remotely the same as men saying they are women & demanding access to female spaces. Black people weren’t claiming to be something that they weren’t, nor did giving them equal rights take rights away from other people. You need to understand ‘rights’ and ‘demands.’

@FlorrieFory213 @SVPhillimore In the 90s & 00s, when I personally might have been an activist, I wasn’t because I wasn’t having issues with TIMs. What happened since is that they totally overstepped boundaries, broke laws & become disgustingly entitled to point of centring their own needs above everyone else

@FlorrieFory213 @SVPhillimore Let’s use our brains. To be a very young activist aged 18 in, say, 1965 Sarah would need to have been born in 1947. I don’t think Sarah is at least 79 years of age, Florrie. She’s talking about TIMs NOW because she lives NOW. Also, they weren’t taking the absolute piss then.

As someone who took multiple modules on the women’s movement and feminism during my degrees, the term “biological women” never came up once.

@RedTory2016 I love the way these pompous arseholes say ‘thus’ believing it adds some sort of gravitas to their unhinged misogynistic vomit.

I am not often triggered by men’s words these days, but this is an exception. This is his response to a woman who says her daughter is afraid to shop in M&S due to men in women’s spaces. This level of sociopathic hatred for women & boundaries is truly scary

Lies. Unless you asked for a ‘bio’ female or specifically said you want no interaction with a trans woman. Did you? And btw, a trans worker can attend patients in the immediate vicinity. You utter bigoted fascist cunts have no right to have trans NHS staff ostracised and treated as Lepers. Get that thru your thick skull.

There was a time when left-handed people were ‘corrected’ because it made others uncomfortable. It’s worth remembering how often society gets things wrong before it gets them right, especially with trans people

@ContorSien1527 @akuareindorf @owenjonesjourno @EHRC The second your unsupported accusation is met with a counter you simply turn it into a new one. Now that Akua has demonstrated that she can’t be insulted for being ‘not disabled’ you’ve decided it must therefore mean she’s ‘not erudite’. When will you actually LISTEN?

I've never seen any evidence that trans-identified men face an enhanced risk of assault in men's loos. But in case they do, the @EHRC Code says that, wherever practicable, additional mixed sex options should be made available. Another option is for men to stop hitting other men
Owen Jones@owenjonesjourno

The risk of a trans woman being abused or assaulted in the men’s toilet per visit = extremely high. The risk of a woman being abused or assaulted in the women’s toilet per visit = extremely low.

FAO the likes of @graemefullwood who blocked me without wanting to engage in a conversation about why a blanket ban on ALL men is needed, including ones who present themselves in a very dainty way

He’s blocked me so I’ll reply publicly. Graeme here tells me that my objection to unisex changing rooms is transphobic because…wait for it…there’s a risk that women may commit sex offences when in changing rooms with other women. x.com/graemefullwood…

@graemefullwood @Neuro_Matt You suggested that there was a similarity. Why aren’t women worried about changing around other women, you wondered. Why don’t we view other women with equal suspicion? Male & female crime patterns aren’t similar. Single sex spaces keep men away from women in vulnerable moments.

Most clothing stores I’ve been to in the last 39 years have had unisex cubicles for changing rooms. Why are we pretending this is in any way new, or illegal? It’s not.
