I am suspending my campaign for Governor. To my family, staff, friends, and supporters, I am deeply sorry for mistakes in judgment I’ve made in my past. I will fight the serious, false allegations that have been made — but that’s my fight, not a campaign’s.

I wasn't going to write two posts in one day, because it took my entire Sunday to do this. But this breaking news exclusive was too important to sit on. Here you go! Breaking News Exclusive: Former NM Lieutenant Governor Diane Denish's Husband Worked as a Lobbyist for Jeffrey Epstein-Associated Ohio Company 🎩 By Alisa Valdes-Rodriguez for ALISA WRITES Apr 12, 2026 Herb Denish, the husband of former New Mexico Lieutenant Governor Diane Denish, worked as a registered lobbyist for a company called Forest City Covington from at least 2004 to 2009. Forest City Covington was a New Mexico development venture owned by the Ratner family of Cleveland, Ohio — a real estate dynasty with documented ties to Jeffrey Epstein and his financial patron, Les Wexner. Herb Denish lobbied for the company while his wife served as Lieutenant Governor and sat on the New Mexico Board of Finance, the body that approves tax increment financing before it goes to the Legislature, a jaw-dropping conflict of interest even without the Epstein connection. The Bill Richardson-Diane Denish administration backed the Tax Increment Development Act that authorized Forest City Covington to issue up to $500 million in public bonds for its Mesa del Sol development, a 13,000-acre project on New Mexico state land south of Albuquerque. Forest City and its affiliates contributed approximately $49,500 to Denish’s campaigns. On December 8, 2008, while her husband remained on the developer’s payroll, Denish stood at the podium at a ceremony formalizing a partnership between Mesa del Sol and Sandia National Laboratories — New Mexico’s nuclear weapons research facility, located on Kirtland Air Force Base in Albuquerque. She called the project “a model for the country.” Most of this was known to the public in 2010. It surfaced during her gubernatorial campaign. She lost. What wasn’t known until today, however, was just how close the Denishes were to the inner circle of the most notorious pedophile and child sex trafficker in modern history, how close they were to the men who protected Epstein so completely in New Mexico that he was never investigated properly and his Zorro Ranch was never searched. It was also not known until now just how far Diane Denish seems willing to go in what seems to be a desperate effort to discredit Epstein survivors in hopes of saving her her own ass. * But first, a word about why Denish is inserting herself into this at all — and why it matters. On April 10, I reported that John J. Kelly — the United States Attorney for the District of New Mexico from 1993 to 2001 — served as Jeffrey Epstein’s personal Power of Attorney for the purchase of Zorro Ranch and the management of its state land leases. During Kelly’s entire tenure as the top federal law enforcement officer in New Mexico, no federal investigation of Zorro Ranch was ever opened — despite the fact that in 1996, survivor Marie Farmer reported to the FBI that Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell had sexually assaulted her young sister Annie, then 16, there. Kelly and Denish go back decades. They were co-petitioners in a 1996 New Mexico Supreme Court case, fighting side by side to keep their seats on the New Mexico Tech Board of Regents — seats both had received from Governor Bruce King, the same man who sold Epstein the Zorro Ranch property and introduced him to Kelly. When my reporting on Kelly spread across Facebook, Denish appeared in the comments of multiple reposts with a single, oddly specific talking point: that Zorro Ranch’s main house wasn’t finished until 1999, so Annie Farmer’s account couldn’t be true. She was wrong. Since that story ran, ALISA WRITES has obtained photo evidence from a former employee of the ranch at that time, of residential mobile homes on the property, and eyewitness firsthand accounting of having seen Epstein there with Farmer. Denish was also, it turns out, protecting her deceased husband, Herb, from the world finding out the two of them were tangled in an Epstein-adjacent financial ecosystem with even longer tentacles than anyone previously understood. Forest City Covington was a joint venture between two companies: Forest City Enterprises, a Cleveland-based real estate dynasty founded by the Ratner family — Polish Jewish immigrants whose original surname was Ratowczer — and Covington Group, a privately held real estate development firm headquartered in Richardson, Texas, in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Together they won a competitive bid from the New Mexico State Land Office in 2002 to develop Mesa del Sol, and the joint venture became Forest City Covington NM, LLC. By the time Forest City Covington was developing New Mexico state land, Forest City Enterprises was a multi-billion-dollar publicly traded company. Forest City co-chairman Albert Ratner described Mesa del Sol as his personal pet project. His family controlled Forest City across three generations. The Epstein Files Transparency Act dataset — the same federal document release that exposed Bill Richardson had lied about his visits to Little Saint James — contains a series of emails between Kelly Garvey Ratner, the wife of Kevin Ratner, grandson of Forest City founder Max Ratner, and Lesley Groff, one of Epstein's most senior personal assistants. The emails, catalogued in Dataset 9 of the EFTA files, are dated 2016 — nine years after Epstein's first conviction and eight years after he became a registered sex offender. Across at least 16 distinct emails, the two women maintain a warm, familiar social bond, discussing fitness classes, their children, and social plans. A separate document in the same files — EFTA_R1_02214161, a confidential draft titled "Fund Investment Overview" dated November 16, 2010 — lists Bruce Ratner, co-founder of Forest City Ratner Companies, as a "strategic relationship" in a proposed $250 million activist growth fund. That document was produced approximately eight months after Epstein's release from prison. It is dated to the same year Forest City Covington's lobbyist was Herb Denish, husband of the Lieutenant Governor — and the same year Forest City was receiving half a billion dollars in New Mexico public financing. The reason this matters is that New Mexico had FBI and other law enforcement reports allegeing sexual abuse of children and even the murder of two sexually trafficked “foreign girls” at Epstein’s Zorro Ranch, but nothing was done about any of it. Well, nothing was done to investigate any of it. It certainly looks like plenty was done to cover it up. And the money his wealthy Ohio associates were paying the husband of the state's second-in-command is a big part of why that question needs to be answered under oath The connection between the Ratner family and Epstein follows the same pattern that has destroyed Les Wexner’s legacy. Wexner — the Ohio retail billionaire who gave Epstein his start, his power of attorney, and his Manhattan mansion — testified before Congress in February 2026 that he was “naive, foolish, and gullible.” House Democrats called that answer “bogus” and said there was “no single person more involved in providing Jeffrey Epstein with the financial support to commit his crimes.” The Ratners and Wexners ran in the same circles: both Ohio-based, both part of the same Jewish philanthropic and business establishment, both named in the files. One Cleveland investigative outlet noted the parallel directly, writing that both families “provided Epstein with the one thing he craved above all else: legitimacy.” Forest City Covington brought that legitimacy — and that network — to New Mexico. And set it up in partnership with the state’s nuclear weapons labs. On December 8, 2008, officials from Sandia National Laboratories and Forest City Covington signed a formal partnership agreement, with Diane Denish at the podium. The Sandia announcement described it as “a broader strategic partnership with its parent company, Forest City Enterprises.” The stated purpose was energy research and technology demonstration. But Sandia’s role in this story begins much earlier — and with a different member of the family whose company was now partnering with Denish’s administration. Sandia National Laboratories sits on Kirtland Air Force Base in Albuquerque. It is responsible for the non-nuclear components of American nuclear weapons — the triggering systems, the delivery mechanisms, the backbone of how America’s arsenal actually works. In the mid-1980s, Robert Maxwell — the British media mogul, Mossad asset, and father of Ghislaine Maxwell — sold a bugged version of the PROMIS software to Sandia National Laboratories and to Los Alamos National Laboratory. PROMIS, originally developed by a Washington D.C. firm called Inslaw, had been stolen by the United States government, then passed by an insider to Israel, which then modified it with a hidden surveillance backdoor, weaponized as an intelligence collection tool. According to federal documents, investigative reporting by Whitney Webb, and accounts from former Israeli intelligence officers, the sale gave Israeli intelligence direct access to the innermost workings of the United States nuclear weapons program. The FBI opened a counterintelligence investigation into Maxwell’s sale of PROMIS to Sandia in 1984. It was shut down by Main Justice before it could conclude. Several months after the investigation was killed, Maxwell returned to Sandia and in February 1985 signed the contract. The cover-up continues to this day — Maxwell’s FBI file has grown more heavily classified over time, not less. Robert Maxwell died in 1991. His daughter Ghislaine became Jeffrey Epstein’s closest operational partner that same year. Epstein purchased Zorro Ranch — located approximately 60 miles from Sandia, roughly equidistant between Sandia and Los Alamos — in 1993. My earlier reporting has documented FCC microwave licenses connecting Zorro Ranch’s communications infrastructure to a tower on Sandia Crest. The ranch sat at the geographic center of the same national security infrastructure Ghislaine’s father had compromised a decade before. And in 2008, the developer whose lobbyist was Diane Denish’s husband formalized a “broader strategic partnership” with that same institution. Let me be precise about what I am and am not claiming. I am not claiming Diane Denish knew any of this. I am not claiming Forest City Covington was a knowing participant in any intelligence operation or honey-trap pedophile ring connected to it. What I am documenting is a pattern: the same institutions, the same geography, the same network of relationships, converging repeatedly around the same actors across decades. Robert Maxwell penetrated Sandia in 1985. Jeffrey Epstein — Maxwell’s daughter’s operational partner — built his primary American base of operations 60 miles away in 1993. T he Ratner family, whose members maintained documented contact with Epstein’s network through at least 2016, developed 13,000 acres of New Mexico state land with half a billion dollars of the state’s money, and formalized a partnership with Sandia Labs in 2008. And the Lieutenant Governor whose husband was on the Ratner family’s payroll, who worked for eight years with a man who rode on Epstein’s plane and helicopter and stands accused by survivors of sexually abusing them at Epstein’s properties, stood at a podium in the only state to never properly investigate Epstein, to bless it all. Mesa del Sol broke ground in 2005 and was under active development through at least 2015. Zorro Ranch — Epstein’s New Mexico property — sat approximately 60 miles to the north, also on state-adjacent land, also operating during this same window. Both properties had relationships with New Mexico’s State Land Office. Both operated under the political protection of the Richardson-Denish administration. Richardson himself — documented in the Epstein files as having visited Little Saint James and having continued meeting with Epstein in his Manhattan townhouse as late as 2018 — was the governor who personally pushed the Mesa del Sol tax financing through the Legislature. Mesa del Sol’s own planning documents describe a development built around "asset tracking, video surveillance, and smart devices" — with a stated goal of creating what the developers called a "safe neighborhood networking solution." That’s where Sandia’s interest lay. Smart meters were installed in residential buildings. Granular data on residents' energy consumption, movement patterns, and daily behavior was collected continuously and is publicly available today on machine learning research platforms. A real-life Truman Show, for military surveillance of civilians. Sandia National Laboratories — the nuclear weapons facility whose systems Robert Maxwell compromised with backdoored surveillance software in 1985 — was the technical partner overseeing this infrastructure. Japan's government energy agency invested $22 million in the project. Nine Japanese companies were involved. The people of New Mexico were sold a hip, cutting-edge residential community. What we were actually being asked to move into at Mesa del Sol appears to be a federally partnered, nationally significant data collection testbed — built on state trust land, financed with half a billion dollars in public bonds, developed by a company whose founding family appears in Jeffrey Epstein's files, with the second-in-command of the state's husband on the payroll. Diane Denish is still a registered lobbyist and a popular political columnist in this state. She is still shaping Democratic politics here. And she is still, as of last Friday, running comment operations on Facebook to discredit Epstein survivors. The New Mexico Epstein Survivors’ Truth Commission needs to put her under oath and ask her about all of it.

7 years ago Hunter dropped off a laptop for data recovery. I imagine he regrets not paying the $85, now that he has fled the country, $17 million in debt and forced to do cage fights for a living. Moral of the story, pay your bills! Happy Laptop day! Cheers!

🚨BREAKING: 🚨 PENCE'S PROSTITUTE PLAYTIME: A gay male escort in Indiana has come forward alleging that during his time as Indiana Governor, DISGRACED former Vice President Mike Pence hired him and used his services DOZENS OF TIMES, engaging in TAPED LEWD SEX ACTS on a "weekly basis". This man says that he was prepared to come forward to out Pence for years but was threatened and intimidated by his political allies into not doing so, and he calls Pence's closet homosexuality THE WORST KEPT SECRET IN INDIANA POLITICS. Could this be what the Democrats had on Judas Pence that led to his sudden betrayal of President Trump? IT'S ALL STARTING TO MAKE SENSE NOW.

We have four members of Congress who have engaged in behavior that is completely unacceptable and unbecoming of the office. Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick (D), Tony Gonzales (R), Cory Mills (R), and Eric Swalwell (D) are all facing serious allegations that require accountability. Congress should be held to the highest ethical standards and be focused on public service. I deeply admire the courage of those who have come forward and shared their experiences to bring justice. All of these members should either resign or be expelled. Enough.
