Instructed to accelerate the service restructuring process under ‘Aaple Sarkar 2.0’. Government of Maharashtra is committed to completing this process by August 14, enabling citizens to experience the new and improved governance framework from August 15, 2026 onwards. Emphasised the need to effectively communicate the Government’s initiatives and development work to citizens through hyperlocal digital platforms. Sunday Pleed (24th May) Respectfully following up on our plea. #AdequateWaterForHinjawadi आदरणीय श्री. देवेंद्र फडणवीस जी, आदरणीय श्रीमती सुनेत्राताई पवार, ​गेल्या रविवारी आम्ही हिंजवडी फेज २ मधील तीव्र जलसंकटाकडे आपले लक्ष वेधले होते. मे महिन्याचे शेवटचे काही दिवस उरले आहेत आणि ३१ मे ची प्री-मन्सून कामांची डेडलाईन तोंडावर आली आहे. परंतु, जमिनीवर पाईपलाईनच्या कामाला जी गती मिळायला हवी होती, ती अजूनही दिसत नाही. पावसाळा सुरू झाल्यावर 'तांत्रिक अडचणी' आणि 'पावसाचे कारण' पुढे करून हे काम पुन्हा वर्षभर लांबणीवर पडेल, या भीतीने रहिवाशांचा जीव टांगणीला लागला आहे. ​या संदर्भात, एका अत्यंत महत्त्वाच्या घटनेचा उल्लेख मी येथे आवर्जून करू इच्छितो. काही दिवसांपूर्वीच, आम्ही सोशल मीडिया/माध्यमांतून पाहिले की आपण (आदरणीय देवेंद्रजी) एका संकटग्रस्त वृद्ध माऊलीच्या मदतीला धावून गेलात आणि अत्यंत संवेदनशीलतेने त्यांची अडचण सोडवली. आपले हे रूप पाहून आम्हा नागरिकांच्या आशा नक्कीच पल्लवीत झाल्या आहेत. ​परंतु आदरणीय, आज हिंजवडी आणि परिसरात अशा हजारो वृद्ध माता-भगिनी, कष्टकरी तरुण आणि प्रामाणिक करदाते राहतात, जे दररोज आणि दरमहा या पाण्याच्या भीषण टंचाईचा आणि टँकर माफियांच्या मनमानीचा 'जाच' सहन करत आहेत. आम्ही शासनाला कोट्यवधी रुपयांचा रिअल इस्टेट आणि मालमत्ता कर (Property Tax) देतो, तरीही सोसायट्यांना दरमहा लाखो रुपयांचा भुर्दंड सोसावा लागत आहे. ​या पार्श्वभूमीवर, आम्ही अत्यंत आदरपूर्वक पण तितक्याच चिंतेने प्रशासनाला आणि संबंधित मंत्रालयांना काही थेट प्रश्न विचारू इच्छितो: ​१. जलसंपदा आणि सिंचन विभागाची (Irrigation Ministry) भूमिका काय? ज्या विभागावर संपूर्ण राज्याच्या पाणी नियोजनाची जबाबदारी आहे, त्या जलसंपदा विभागाकडून हिंजवडीच्या या हक्काच्या पाण्यासाठी विशेष प्राधान्य का दिले जात नाही? जलसंपदा मंत्रालयाकडून या पाईपलाईनच्या कामाला गती देण्यासाठी आणि पाण्याचे स्त्रोत खुले करण्यासाठी तातडीने हस्तक्षेप कधी होणार? ​२. 'World Class' आयटी हब 'Worst Class' बनण्याच्या मार्गावर? ज्या हिंजवडीला आपण जागतिक पातळीवर 'ब्रँड महाराष्ट्र' म्हणून प्रोजेक्ट करतो, ती केवळ पायाभूत सुविधांअभावी संकटात सापडली आहे. आज पाणी आणि ट्रॅफिकच्या समस्येमुळे अनेक मॅन्युफॅक्चरिंग, इंजिनिअरिंग आणि आयटी कंपन्या येथून स्थलांतरित होऊन चाकण किंवा इतर राज्यांकडे वळण्याचा विचार करत आहेत. जर उद्योगच निघून गेले आणि येथे फक्त सिमेंटचे निवासी टॉवर्स उरले, तर या भागाचे आर्थिक भविष्य काय असेल? संपूर्ण परिसराची पाण्याची गरज भागवणारी मुख्य पाईपलाईन टाकण्याचे काम युद्धपातळीवर का सुरू होत नाही? ​३.
