@Vrushabhjv At Mollem Checkpost, a similar incident happened to me last month while returning from Goa. I emailed: dir-tran.goa@nic.in, adtsgenf-tran.goa@nic.in, helpdesk-echallan@gov.in, gsamb5@yahoo.in The challan was cancelled after a 25-day wait.

I hold a valid PUCC issued in Karnataka (KA), valid till 8 Oct 2026. However, I was wrongly issued e-challan GA4316331251227112123 in Goa on 27 Dec 2025 at Mollem checkpost for “No valid PUCC” while entering Karnataka. This challan was issued purely via automated cameras. (1/3)

Now, the service center is rejecting my warranty claim, citing an “overcharge issue.” But modern laptops come with overcharge protection by default, so this reason doesn’t make sense.
