I think capitec is ripping us with their cards. I just did the 3rd card within a year. The previous gold card lasted until it expired. Maybe it's me. @CapitecBankSA

The City of Tshwane has issued a contravention notice to the owner of this property in Jan Niemandpark for building over 25 rental rooms without proper building compliance. By-laws are not only applicable to businesses, but also to residents. Building illegal structures while chasing profits places the lives of residents in danger.
