To anyone out there doing the difficult inner work of recognizing harmful thought patterns, behaviors, and beliefs, and then making a conscious effort to work through those experiences with openness, acceptance, and love, you’re my hero. And… Keep going. You will benefit all beings :)

Good morning, Modern Mindfulness friends! Today, I’ll embark on a mini tech Sabbath. No phone usage. No television watching. No social media scrolling. At least for a few hours. Because if I’ve learned anything through my meditation practice, it’s this: The connections we seek cannot be found within the confines of the internet. They live in the confines of our hearts through daily interactions with others. The hugs. The kisses. The laughs. The stories. The handshakes. And the connections we seek with ourselves also live in the moments, hours, and days of contemplation. Not to fix anything. But to become more aware of what’s there. That’s when our heart feels whole. So, I’ll see you when I see you! P.S. The irony of announcing a tech Sabbath while using tech and posting on the internet is not lost on me 😂

You don't need to read all the spiritual books. You don't need to meditate for hours on end. You don't need to go on retreats every year. Instead, if you can make a conscious, kind effort to let go of what causes your suffering, you will cultivate freedom. Freedom of heart. And freedom of mind. That truly is the divine.

@jackmoses777 The meta of metta meditation is real. The more we can recognize everyone's inner goodness, the more at peace we'll be, and the more loving we'll also be.

Go deep into a meditation. Bring to mind your mom, dad, siblings, grandparents, and everyone you love deeply. See the innocence and purity in them. Remember how they’ve loved you so unconditionally. Feel the gratitude for how much they’ve given to you. Allow yourself to get to the point of tears and let them flow. Then, bring to mind your mission. Your north star. What you know you’re here to do. You know at some level, you’re doing it for them. To make them proud, and to give back to them. Allow this feeling of deep love and gratitude for them to carry you into new levels of inspiration and devotion for your mission. This unconditional love you’re connecting to is an infinite source of motivation. If you can connect to it daily and live in that remembrance, you will be able to carry that energy with you always as you embark on your mission. Few will try this, but you will be transformed if you do.

As one of my favorite Dharma teachers once said: Sometimes, mindfulness isn’t enough. There are times when you’ll need other strategies and practices to work through the ultimate hardships of life. You can’t always sit with the grief. You can’t always stew in anger. You can’t always worry. During these times, turning to another practice can be helpful. Some of these practices can include: Genuine gratitude Loving-kindness Forgiveness Compassion Equanimity Each one can prime the pump to open your heart to wholeness again. Note: That teacher was Devin Berry.

At the surface level, this is great advice. You get pumped up. You take some action. Feel good for a little bit. But then, you revert to how you're feeling because you're repressing your emotions. Tend to your emotions first. Act second. Your livelihood depends on it.
Sahil Bloom@SahilBloom

Nobody tells you this: Ignore your mood. It doesn't matter whether you want to do the thing. It matters that you said you'd do it. The world belongs to the people who show up and do what they said they'd do. Reliability is the key to life. Just keep showing up.

Is your attention broken? If so, I have good news for you. It's trainable. It's malleable. It's adaptable. So, you can train yourself to be more attentive to one thing at a time rather than feel scatterbrained 24/7. Mindfulness and meditation are your entry points.

Simple storytelling framework I used to write my first six-figure sales page: • Introduce yourself • Describe problem • Agitate/share failed solutions • Trigger point to find your own solution • Start researching • Discover solution • First time it gets results • Gets more consistent results • Other people ask for it • Get them results as well • So you turn it into your offer Whether this is for a sales page, VSL or founder ad… Stick this just after the hook + lead. Thank me later.

Most of what you’ve been told is just recycled advice from someone who never tested it In ecom email marketing everyone says it’s good practice to have a button above the fold in an email and a nice design Recently, I tested this against a simple branded text-based email with CTA way below the fold 3 different brands in 3 different industries All of the winning emails were the branded text-based emails with the CTA way below the fold Lmao

@TraumaHealing23 100%. Most of our judgments stem from what we can't accept about ourselves. But once we recognize that, we can start to do the healing work of acceptance :)

One thing I tell every junior Copywriter I train: Your reader is not in the same state you are when you write. You write fresh in the morning with coffee and full focus. Your reader might open it on the train home, squished between two strangers, or at 10pm in bed after doom scrolling for an hour and wondering where the evening went. If a tired person at the end of a long day can’t follow your email, nobody can. Because almost nobody reads Copy the way you wrote it. They read it on the toilet, in line at the supermarket, half dozing on the couch with the TV on, etc. Write for the version of your reader who’s had a long day, and everyone else will follow along just fine.

Every time my reach is down, I remember back to when I had 8 followers, and I was stoked because the 8th follower was an actual human, not a bot like the other 7. I've never felt like that since then. I also felt anxious because it confirmed that a human is reading my posts. It really is all about simple wins.

@LeighStJohn33 That's why Paul Chek calls it "stinking thinking." Haha. The more we can connect with our bodies and hearts, the deeper truths we'll tap into.

The MOST redundant, painful & inauthentic way to live your life is being stuck in your head In endless self-obsessive, fear filled THINKING This is the agreement you're living out of: "I'll give up 90% of my existence on this planet & beat the FUCK out of myself endlessly so I can.. *Checks notes* Finally feel like I'm enough and live in the NOW" Brother... Is this really how you want to live your life? Because I can tell with 100% certainty... That day when it all "magically clicks into place" is never coming No matter how much success you achieve or obtain I've seen it first hand working with 85+ high-performing men Dudes who close $100m+ deals or pull $70M+ a year Guys with 2M followers on social media Gents who have made it 5x over And still live in a state of NUMB RESTLESSNESS Never able to relax Never able to truly be present Never able to actually enjoy the life they've built Because they spend MOST of their lives THINKING If that sounds familiar you need to understand this: 99% of your thinking is COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY Because your mind & thinking are a waste product of the ENERGETIC state you live in When you're in a beautiful energetic state Your mind is NATURALLY quiet You can finally tune into the NOW It's only then that you realize just how much of life you've been missing Bottom line: If your mind is overactive - It's because you're living in a dog shit energetic state This is also why therapy completely fails most men It works at the mental level But the mind & thinking are just waste products To shift at a deeper level you need to learn to: > Reground in your body > Release inner TENSION that drives thinking > Re-tune into a beautiful energy This allows you to tune into a way of living where you're truly living in the NOW Effortless. Flowing. Loving life. You realize in this mode you unlock a new tier of performance that simply isn't accessible via FORCE You get to FEEL incredible while performing incredibly This is how we get shifts like this for men like you 👇

No conversation is ever wasted. I’ve had podcast guests that have become business partners. Phone calls from 2 years ago become roommates and best friends. Clients that find a podcast from 3 years ago and sign up for coaching. Every single action you take has leverage and a lifespan you can’t understand in the moment. If you feel the pull, hop on the phone, send the dm, or record the podcast with the person you’re interested in. You never know the fruits of one connection, and they often will not reveal themselves for months or even years.

The greatest skill to develop in 2026? • Not writing • Not marketing • Not Facebook ads Presence. Why? Because in the age of distraction, competition, anger, and anxiety, simply being is a lost art. But the more you can be, the better off your heart and mind will be.

If you woke up today without sickness, pain in the body, or anything causing the mind or heart to feel restless or worried, take note of that. You’re extremely blessed.
