Very disappointed with the baggage handling by @WestJet . One of my mother’s bags is missing after her trip from Toronto to Saskatoon. We’ve contacted support and still need help locating it ASAP. Her medication is inside the missing luggage, making the situation urgent.

@WestJet Westjet cancelled my flight. Was told to contact my travel agent to rebook per WJ supervisor, Dave. Called travel agent & was told WJ won't approve flight change. Travel agent said needs email from WJ saying WJ will approve flight change.

Disappointed with @WestJet & @Trips_com. Booked a flight Feb 28, 2026, using my @RBC WestJet World Elite @MastercardCA, expecting my free checked bag benefit. Upon check-in today, WestJet refused it, claiming rules changed & bookings must now be made directly on their site. (1/2)
