@WHOOP @willahmed Why does dry sauna never show up in my recent activities even though I do it at least 5x a week? It’s pretty frustrating having to deal with this every time. Am I doing something wrong?

@willahmed @whoop I'm still getting this Sauna detected as Yoga problem, and not finding Sauna in the edit list.
I then have to delete the entry and enter in all the data again.
I'm wondering if Sauna might be considered a recovery activity? Maybe it is then handled differently?

The problem with WHOOP that nobody is fixing:
It's called cadence lock. The wrist sensor picks up your arm swing rhythm instead of your actual heart rate while running.
The result? My Garmin reads 124 bpm avg on an easy run. WHOOP reads zone 4 and 5 for nearly 80% of the same run.
Same activity. Completely different data. And this happens every single day.
What makes it worse? WHOOP doesn't let you use an external heart rate monitor to correct it. You're stuck with the bad reading. Your strain is wrong. Your recovery recommendations are based on a workout you didn't actually do.
I've been a member for 3+ years. I've tried every fix. Nothing works.
At what point does a "known issue" become a broken product? What am I paying for at this point @WHOOP?

@WHOOP I’m having a billing issue. I’m based in the uae. I signed in for the first time and was promised a deduction of AED 39.9 whereas I had a deduction of AED 425. The customer support isn’t helpful at all. Pls help.

Hey @WHOOP why is there no cancellation process in the app? I tried to cancel the membership for months and I just got charged for a whole new year because I thought that I was gonna be asked if I wanted to renew as there is no option in the app!

@WHOOP customer service has been the absolute worst! 4 months and STILL no MG whoop sent to my home in Mexico. Frustrating AF and they always say reshipped and have no idea to where or how. No one is available. Unbelievable that they are by fra the worst of all
