Sri. @RameshOffcl ... Our congratulation to you on your being made the HR&CE Minister. We appreciate your spot inspections in many Govt. offices including the Srirangam Government Hospital. Will you immediately look into the following matter? The Joint Commissioners of @tnhrcedept who receive fat salaries have been working against the interests of Sri Ranganatha Swamy Temple in Srirangam! The ground rent fixed by the government in 1976 for the Srirangam General Hospital started on 2.58 acres of land in the Velli Thirumuttam belonging to the temple, is just Rs 36,000 per month (only Rs 14,000 per acre per month). As per the audit report for 2011, for the entire 35 year period, these JCs have not collected even a single paisa as rent for the Srirangam Hospital. The due to be collected then was over Rs 1.52 Cr. This was a gross failure. For this hospital started in 1976, they have reportedly increased the monthly rent after 17 years by just 341 Rupees, from 36,168 Rupees to 36,509 Rupees! Massive neglect of Temple's interest this? If attention must be paid to collecting the rent due to the temple, the first thing to be prioraritised is the rent collection from TN Govt. agencies. Failing to collect ₹1. 52 Crs that was owed in 2011 was not mere lethargy, it is an absolute dereliction of duty. Many Govt. offices for which rent is uncollected - T. S. Rajan Govt maternity centre & Middle School, Srirangam municipal ward offices, the list is long - are located on the Velli Thirumutham land belonging to the Srirangam Temple. Over the past 15 years, the rent arrears have accumulated to several Crores of Rupees. The Joint Commissioners of @tnhrcedept who failed to collect this must be punished. The rent arrears due to Sri Ranganatha Swamy Temple from the Govt. must be collected expeditiously. We request your immediate action. Thank you.

. திரு @RameshOffcl கவனத்திற்கு... திருவரங்கம் அரசு மருத்துவ மனை உட்பட பல அரசு அலுவலகங்களில் அதிரடி ஆய்வு செய்த தாங்கள் அறநிலையத்துறை அமைச்சரானதற்கு எமது பாராட்டுக்கள். கீழ்க்கண்ட விஷயத்தை உடனடியாக கவனிப்பீர்களா? ஸ்ரீரங்கம் ரங்கநாத ஸ்வாமி கோயிலில் கொழுத்த சம்பளம் வாங்கிக்கொண்டு  திருக்கோயிலுக்கு துரோகம் இழைக்கும் @tnhrcedept இணை ஆணையர்கள்!  கோயிலுக்கு சொந்தமான வெள்ளி திருமுத்தத்தில் 2.58 ஏக்கரில் தொடங்கப்பட்ட ஸ்ரீரங்கம் பொது மருத்துவமனைக்கு அரசு 1976ல் நிர்ணயித்த மனை வாடகை மாதத்துக்கு வெறும் 36000/- ரூபாய்தான். அதாவது மாதத்துக்கு ஒரு ஏக்கருக்கு ரூபாய் 14000தான்.  2011ம் ஆண்டு தணிக்கை அறிக்கைப்படி 35 வருடங்களாக இந்த இணை ஆணையர்கள் ஸ்ரீரங்கம் மருத்துவமனை வாடகையாக ஒரு பைசா கூட வசூலிக்கவில்லை. வசூலிக்கப்பட வேண்டிய தொகையோ ரூபாய் 1 கோடியே 52 லட்சத்துக்கு மேல். இதை செய்யாமல் இவர்கள் என்ன கழற்றிக் கொண்டிருக்கிறார்கள்?  1976ல் தொடங்கிய இந்த மருத்துவமனைக்கு 17 வருடங்களுக்குப்பின் மாத வாடகையை  ரூபாய் 36168இலிருந்து ரூபாய் 36509ஆக 341 ரூபாய் உயர்த்தி இருக்கிறார்களாம்! எவ்வளவு பெரிய அயோக்கியத்தனம் இது? கோயிலுக்கு சேர வேண்டிய வாடகை வசூலிப்பதில் அக்கறை செலுத்த வேண்டும் என்றால் முதலில் கவனிக்கப்பட வேண்டியது மற்ற அரசு துறையில் இருந்து பெற வேண்டிய வாடகைப்பணம். வரவேண்டிய ரூபாய் 1 கோடியே 52 லட்சத்தை வசூலிக்காதது வெறும் மெத்தனமல்ல, ஒட்டுமொத்த கடமை புறக்கணிப்பு.  இம்மாதிரி தாய் சேய் நல விடுதி, டாக்டர் டி எஸ் ராஜன் நடுநிலைப்பள்ளி, ஸ்ரீரங்கம் நகராட்சி வார்டு அலுவலகங்கள் என்று வாடகை வசூலிக்கப்படாத பல அரசு அலுவலகங்கள், ஸ்ரீரங்கம் கோயிலுக்கு சொந்தமான வெள்ளித்திருமுத்தத்தில் உள்ளன. வாடகை பாக்கி கடந்த 15 ஆண்டுகளில் பல கோடி ரூபாய்களாக பெருகிவிட்டது. இதை வசூலிக்காது விட்ட @tnhrcedept இணை ஆணையர்கள் தண்டிக்கப்பட வேண்டும். தமிழ்நாடு அரசிடமிருந்து ரங்கநாத ஸ்வாமி திருக்கோயிலுக்கு சேர வேண்டிய வாடகை பாக்கிகள் உடனடியாக வசூலிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்‌‌. உடனடி நடவடிக்கை எடுத்திட வேண்டுகிறோம். நன்றி.
