In January I posted £150 worth of dog food to a dog rescue charity (who paid for Max’s operation) @RoyalMail lost the items, found them, then marked it for return to my address, but it never arrived back to me They won’t acknowledge my emails… it’s been MONTHS What do I do?

@P0WERP00FB0Y @RoyalMail contact the dog rescue charity and get to a person who can actually help you. I guess you can contact royal mail, but if they’re anything like US mail, good luck. The US postal service is mired in paperwork which gets lost.

Should I be a bit pissed off when, I leave a note on my door for a @RoyalMail delivery today incase my wife goes out (she was home at the time) while I'm at work. She took an Evri delivery at 3pm, you couldn't even be bothered to go through the gate! At 2:45, SHE WAS HOME!
