Tina Peters Issue Overview Colorado election laws assume that the Federal certification of their election equipment under HAVA was and is valid. Like every other state they rely solely on this FEDERAL certification to conduct their elections electronically and lawfully. New evidence, provided in part by Tina Peters, indicates that these certifications were invalid in 2020 and remain so today and that the systems thus certified were and are secretly remotely compromised. County Clerk Tina Peters was duty bound to protect the 2020 election records from ANY tampering or erasure for 22 months under FEDERAL law. She did this by creating a copy before what she suspected could be an outright erasure via a 2021 Dominion software update called 'Trusted Build.' She was right and today her copy remains the only one of it's kind. (see below) NONE of this evidence about her Federal duties and actions and almost all of her defense evidence was allowed by a so-called judge at her Colorado Kangaroo Kourt "trial." A whistleblower from INSIDE the election theft cartel itself has testified under oath that the copy secured by Tina Peters is the only one of its kind and that Colorado election systems are fully compromised by malignant foreign actors just like him. (see below) Colorado politicos are machine-installed partisan fools insisting on adding time to their own likely substantial Federal election fraud prison sentences by denying everything they know already and trying to kill Tina Peters using their stolen powers while they still can. Whoever convinced them to do this should join them in Federal prison. lindelloffensefund.org/wp-content/upl…

Pathways to Dairy Net Zero is a globalist scheme to impose burdensome ESG mandates on America's small farmers. Heartland Impact will continue exposing this movement and fighting for the farmers it threatens.

EXCLUSIVE: Credible sources tell me that elements of the Intelligence Community (IC), federal law enforcement and Congress have targeted @DNIGabbard' s Director's Initiative Group or DIG because it revealed "uncomfortable facts and findings" on several matters entrenched members of these bureaucracies don't want out there. I understand the push has been to "disband, dismantle or diminish the impact of the DIG and its work." As one example, I confirmed through multiple sources that the report and findings into Directed Energy Attacks or AHIs (Anomalous Health Incidents) were finalized and prepped for release weeks ago. But there is strong IC resistance to releasing it. DNI Gabbard committed to a new review of so-called Havana Syndrome after our 2025 independent investigation. Our reporting revealed that brain injuries suffered by US spies, diplomats, military operatives and civilians are progressive and can lead to brain cell death and atrophy. When it was launched by DNI Gabbard, the DIG's stated goal was "rebuilding trust in the IC" by "investigating weaponization, rooting out deep-seeded politicization, exposing unauthorized disclosures of classified intelligence, and declassifying information that serves a public interest." In response to our question's about the status and future of DIG, a DNI spokesperson said -- “The Director remains committed to rooting out politicization and weaponization in the IC and revealing the truth to the American people.” We are reaching out to multiple agencies for comment to advance the reporting. We will update as warranted.

Some states are refusing to issue license plates to federal law enforcement. It’s dangerous, shameful, and unconstitutional. It needs to stop now. Under @DAGToddBlanche, this @TheJusticeDept stands with our brave law enforcement officers.

Well, well... what do we have here
