Liverpool have a duty to protect the club's interests. A decision needs to be made on Arne Slot's future and Steven Gerrard as temporary manager until the end of the season. The current situation is disgraceful.

Obviously the defence is a mess. But what that performance underlined is how impotent we are going forward. The number of times we break the lines, only to check back and recycle. What’s Slot scared of.

I can take losing a game once you know everyone gave 100%, unfortunately that's not the case. It's easy to get up for a Champions League game under lights at Anfield. The best teams in the world show up for every single game. That was nothing short of pathetic from effort to lacking any sort of attacking threat until it was too late. Woeful.

Joey Barton has been arrested and charged after allegedly assaulting a man on Sunday. He's already on a suspended sentence & he's doing community service. The victim was taken to hospital because of serious injuries to his face & body. He is in a serious but stable condition.
