Cat owners, what do you do when you go on holidays? I would love to adopt a couple of cats, but arranging for their care when I'm away sounds like such a pain in the hole that it has put me off the idea. Putting cats in a kennel sounds cruel and would surely upset their routine, and no, I would not trust a neighbour to feed the cats, nor would I heap that responsibility on them.

Whats with the terrible WiFi in the new @CostaCoffee Drive Thru in Market Harborough UK? In practical terms I needed to open @discord which needed a ~100MB update that did not download in 30+ mins. Zero attempts to control congestion, 4000ms+ latency. Basically bermuda triangle..

@linusgsebastian @AmazingZoltan At least in the UK basic things needed for day to day life are VAT exempt. So you could earn up to the first tax threshold and spend a lot of it without paying any tax. Not accounting for tax paid by the producers of those basic prooducts though...

@AmazingZoltan Disagree. Anywhere with sales tax, there is tax on effectively 100% of your income. You'll have to spend it on something. Tax.

Nobody pays taxes on 100% of their income. Even if you earn $1 million/year, you still don't pay taxes on all of it, with the tax rate being 0% on everything below the personal exemption amount. This is a stunning example of basic financial illiteracy from a federal party leader.

Typical @EE I really used to love this network but they’ve been nothing but trouble and nonsense for over a year now. Get an alert about rewards points about to expire. Have to use three different credit cards to try to redeem. Don’t receive a verification code.
