and also addresses that whether ICB in different cancer types induces the increase of terminally differentiated or precursor tumor-reactive CD8 T cells depends on the context of TME!

This paper reveals that CXCL13 expression could accurately define both terminally differentiated and precursor tumor-reactive CD8 T cells, with the latter largely from post-ICB responsive tumors,
