The Microsoft office that I purchased for my Mac last year is about to become useless. This is exactly how Microsoft is going to lose. Rude enshittification that bricks existing software for no good reason. I'm just going to stop using Microsoft office. There are plenty of alternatives.

I was their BIGGEST fan. Panelist, Patreon supporter, event regular, even started my own channel partly because of them. Now I finally had to speak out about what happened to Fully Charged / Everything Electric. The name change, the silence on Tesla, my call with CEO Dan Ceaser… This one was hard to make. Watch below 👇

We're at the point where even Dan O'Dowd is hyping Tesla Self-Driving. I need to buy more calls $TSLA
Dan O'Dowd@RealDanODowd

BREAKING: Tesla self-driving finally passed @RealDawnProject's school bus test! On 50 out of 50 test runs, FSD 14.3.2 correctly stopped for the stopped school bus. After three years of campaigning, New York Times ads and Super Bowl commercials, Tesla has finally done the right thing and fixed this egregious safety defect. However, HW3 Teslas running FSD v 12.6.4 will still illegally blow past the stopped school bus and run down a child crossing the road. @ElonMusk, if the defects can't be fixed on the current hardware, FSD should be disabled until those vehicles have been upgraded. @aelluswamy, your next task is to stop FSD 14 from speeding in school zones.

@teodorio There's hedge value to local Ai hardware too. If data centers get bombed, or frontier rug pulls the quality or price of their models. "Maybe 1-2% of the people actually need to store a two week supply of water."

We should federally tax Tokens at the Provider level. Not a lot. Less than 50c per million tokens. It will accomplish 4 things (at least ) 1. It will push the big AI players to optimize tokenization, caching , routing and localization Which will 2. Reduce energy usage. Saving them in energy costs more than what they paid in tax and reducing strain created by the growth in energy consumption Which will 3. Generate maybe 10 billion dollars a year to start, but over the next ten years could grow 30x to 100x Which will 4. Create a source of funding to pay down the federal debt or deploy, in response to the things AI brings that we don’t expect or don’t like At some point the models will pass it on to customers. Of course. That’s ok. Customers will have the ability to choose between providers. Or to do everything using open source models locally. Thoughts ?

No, it wasn't hacking. Tina Peters facilitated unauthorized physical access for an outsider to copy hard drives and software from Mesa County's election machines (with cameras disabled). Images and passwords later leaked online. It was a security breach and data tampering via insider authority—not remote cyber intrusion or code exploits. Courts convicted her on related felonies for the scheme.

Judge to Tina Peters: "I'm convinced you would do it all over again if you could... you're as defiant a defendant as this court has ever seen... Our system of government can't function when people in government think the power they've been given is absolute. That is where you fall." Tina Peters was sentenced to 9 years in prison for hacking voting machines. This week, Colorado's Governor signaled he may pardon her. Today is worth revisiting her sentencing hearing. It's long, but the judge's remarks are the most excoriating I've ever heard. A pardon would not only be a profound miscarriage of justice. It would be a gift to those seeking to commit election fraud, disenfranchise voters, and permanently entrench Republican minority rule. @jaredpolis... Do not do this.
Jared Polis@jaredpolis

Last week, former State Senator Sonya Jaquez Lewis was sentenced to probation and community service after being convicted of four felonies including Attempt to Influence a Public Official. She made a horrible mistake, and she was wrong. I hope she learns from this and can rebuild her life. As someone who has known Sonya as a friend for many years, on a personal level I was glad to hear she isn’t going to prison which is a hard place for anyone, no less a retired 68-year old pharmacist. But it is not lost on me that she was convicted of the exact same felony charge as Tina Peters — attempting to influence a public official — and yet Tina Peters, as a non-violent first time offender got a nine year sentence. Justice in Colorado and America needs to be applied evenly, you never know when you might need to depend on the rule of law. This is the context I am using as I consider cases like this that have sentencing disparities, which is why I have extended the deadline for clemency applications until April 3rd. I will be making decisions on these cases throughout the remainder of my governorship.

Why does DEI scare maga so much? It helps us all, including the uneducated maga. I dont get why grown men are this scared of diversity. It tells me how embarrassing maga men are to the country and the world, and elon is trying to scare them into hating people. Elon is a South African immigrant, and stupid maga eats this up like the idiots they are. Elon knows how easy it is to indoctrinate and instill fear into the dumb. Maga is so embarrassing!

David Rubin served as President of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences from 2019 to 2022. In 2020, under his leadership, the Academy launched the “Representation and Inclusion Standards” for Best Picture eligibility. These rules, still in effect, require films to meet at least 2 of 4 diversity criteria involving race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or disability in on-screen roles, creative leadership, or crew. Rubin publicly backed the changes and helped appoint the task force co-led by producer DeVon Franklin. He shifted the Oscars from “best movie wins” to race/gender engineering. A film can now be ineligible for the top prize purely for failing demographic quotas, regardless of quality or audience impact. Instead of focusing purely on talent and storytelling, the Academy under Rubin institutionalized identity preferences. Oscars prestige and viewership have tanked. Many see it as performative politics over art. Classics with non-diverse casts would be disqualified. He helped install the DEI machinery that turned awards into checkboxes and accelerated Hollywood’s quality decline.

NEW audio from the judge who released Cambridge gunman Tyler Brown 🚨 This audio is INSANE. The judge says she has been advised by experienced officers how dangerous he is but she’s ignoring them In 2020, Tyler Brown fired on police officers and only got 5 years. He has a 20 year criminal record Judge audio “I do realize I'm kind of taking a chance on you. — when people stand up, police, experienced police officers, experienced probation officers, and they tell me this guy is a danger to the community” She acknowledged the risk but only sentenced him to 5 year despite prosecutors requesting 10–12 years and strong opposition from both police and probation - 20+ year criminal history: Includes violence against police and civilians, firearms offenses, drugs, assault with a dangerous weapon - He committed a stabbing in 2014 - Armed robbery in Michigan - He was on probation at the time of the 2020 shooting. - Released on parole in March 2025, about a year before the recent Cambridge incident

Lots of the vaccinated and vaccine injured worry about heart problems. If you don’t have shortness of breath upon walking and you don’t have chest pain, those are good signs. Besides the main structures of the heart on ultrasound, like the atria, ventricles, and valves, an echo calculates the most important number, the EF. The Ejection Fraction is a measure of heart function. EF = Ejection Fraction (% of blood pumped from left ventricle per beat). Normal: 50-70%. It’s good if your heart beats 50% or more of the blood sitting in its left ventricle, before going out to the aorta. ♥️Heart Failure Stages (ACC/AHA = American College of Cardiology/American Heart Association): •Stage A: At risk (HTN, diabetes, CAD) — no structural disease/symptoms. •Stage B: Structural changes (low EF, hypertrophy, prior MI) — asymptomatic. •Stage C: Structural disease + symptoms (SOB, fatigue, swelling). Includes HFrEF (EF<40%, weak pump) & HFpEF (preserved EF, stiff heart). •Stage D: Advanced/refractory — symptoms despite max therapy; may need LVAD (Left Ventricular Assist Device), transplant, or palliative care. ♥️NYHA Functional Classes (New York Heart Association, Stages C–D): •I: No limitation. •II: Slight limitation with ordinary activity. •III: Marked limitation with minimal activity. •IV: Symptoms at rest. Early Intervention is crucial.
In Stages A/B: Control risks with BP/glucose/meds, exercise, no smoking, and healthy weight.
In Stage C: GDMT (Guideline-Directed Medical Therapy): ARNI=Angiotensin Receptor-Neprilysin Inhibitor, ACEi=Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme Inhibitor, beta-blockers, MRA=Mineralocorticoid Receptor Antagonist, SGLT2i=Sodium-Glucose Cotransporter-2 Inhibitor, diuretics) + lifestyle can raise EF, reverse remodeling, cut hospitalizations, and slow progression to Stage D. ♥️Common goals: getting a series of echocardiograms to watch over time, as well as watching symptoms and treating early. ♥️♥️Cardiology always reminds me of how wonderfully God made us! ♥️♥️ #HeartFailure #Cardiology

Every bone in my body is telling me to short this stock. - Their WB3 chips only have 44gb of SRAM, thats not even big enough for Qwen3.6:27b in bf16 and when they connect multiple chips in parallel you see huge degrades in tok/s -Groq (the company Nvidia bought) is just arguably better, they have 128gb of memory/rack + 40PB/s of memory bandwith AND are deeply integrated into nvidia’s platform, software, networking, and customer ecosystem -Their market cap is ~$70 billion with a $100 billion valuation. They had a net income of $237 million, this is a unbelievable rev/val ratio. The only thing keeping this company afloat and making their stock soar like this is their partnership with OpenAI, if that falls though, this company will go bankrupt. Still, I unfortunately don't have the balls to short an AI company.
