FACT: California officials visit each recipient of care to make sure they need it and to best determine the number of care hours each person needs. To assume it’s fraud solely because YOU do not need it or dislike the policy is a slap in the face to the people providing care to family members, loved ones, or people in the community they care about. @JeremyP04326648 @Math_files Correct and I get that, I've been in engineering for over 30 years. This was years ago, she was only in elementary school then. Now she's in college wanting nothing to do with math, instead working toward her PhD in Criminal Psychology.

@Zerbious @Math_files There are actually times; it's not really until higher levels of math dealing with things like statistics or certain programming stuff like that, but where it DOES matter, but yeah they're probably not working toward that in your daughter's class's case.

@Math_files to which I argued, that is not at all what the problem said, if it wanted the same numbers in the string it should have specified that they need to be the SAME numbers added together so their sum is 18. This is why kids hate math! I hated it as well... and now use it every day!
