@myfahlo really poor service with my order for Christmas presents placed on 28th Nov. Appears my parcel has been lost since 21st Dec & I still haven't had this resolved. Plenty of spam msgs though about buy now for 2 day delivery

@ao terrible service today. Dishwasher delivered this am, great! Phonecall at 1215 to say my fridge & washing machine now not being delivered today having waited a week & next delivery another weeks wait.Not suitable for my kids Why does fridge issue also affect washing machine?

@NHS24 48 minutes I was on hold tonight only to get cut off by the call handler when i was finally connected (before I even spoke to anyone), followed by a 2nd call on hold for 30 minutes. I appreciate the service is busy but really,cut off after that wait & no one called me back

@EastRenCouncil Can you please get the Cleansing team back to Carnock Park, smashed glass at all the play equipment again

@wearewuzci signed up for my 4 card trial but it's only let me choose 2 cards for my first delivery.

@AsdaServiceTeam Waited 3 days to receive my Grocery delivery that was due on Sunday. Has finally just been delivered to find I've got over £12 worth of items missing that I've been charged for And also meatballs best before yesterday

@asda online grocery order hasn't arrived today and I've had no contact

@AmazonHelp It was to be delivered by 9pm last night, tracking at 2042 said they'd been unable to access my door, but there was snow in the street and no tracks from a vehicle or footprints, no one came near my door - we were in. options now shown - cancel or update but delivery wasn't tried

@AmazonUK My Prime order was meant to be delivered yesterday but was not even attempted, still not out for redelivery today & now I can't even contact a person. Messenger page just keeps saying you will try again tomorrow. Not good service and definitely not Prime
