Not sure who @Xfinity is hiring, but how is a truck going to pull out in front of me on Agnew Road in Santa Clara at 12:31pm and then flip ME off when I honk at him to let him know he’s made me SLAM on my breaks? And I’m juts driving my 82yo mom home from hospital. Ridiculous.

The @kimpton theta is great, but the hospitality (outside of the front desk) is so poor I can’t get a real rating on this place.

Flight attendant on this @JetBlue flight is a real See You Next Tuesday and I am cackling. Rude as hell. To be fair, the passenger IS an idiot.

So @AmericanAir won’t let me chat online to get my cancelled flight rebooked and won’t answer phones OR responds to DMs here. A mess.

Two families have left. One after their teen had a strong reaction. One when their small child started screaming over the rest of the noise. Wild scene out here.

This @calpizzakitchen at LAX Terminal 6 is an absolute sensory nightmare. They’ve got some new age (I think) music blaring in the dining area, but the kitchen has something on twice as loud. And the TVs are playing an extra bloody episode of Bones. This is nuts.

Okay, great. Phone call today saying order is ready. Show up to a, “let me see if that’s in stock.” What? It was in stock, but I can assure you, I’m not waiting another 30 minutes for you to move it to a bottle with my name on it. The incompetence is astounding.

I don’t know if it’s just MY @walgreens (on pruneridge and Winchester) or all of them, but the pharmacy is terrible. 0/4 in prescriptions ready in time. The latest? Placed online refill - confirmed. Showed the next day - we don’t have that in stock, we’ll have to order it.

“I need to do something lighter. Something that my stomach can handle.” And then poured and shot a double Jameson. These people are nuts. #drunj

I swear @AlaskaAir has fallen off. Or their service in California is just poor compared to Washington. Delayed flight. Notified 40 minutes AFTER it was scheduled to depart. Everyone offering a different reason for the delay. Crew? Plane? A mess.

I know @zoe would be delighted to know that our puppy just woke up and started barking because @aaronh had the gall to hiccup.

Bought a loveseat @IKEAUSA on Sunday. It was mislabeled (wrong color) and it came with two left arms. So, unusable. Called customer service and they processed a new order for delivery. Should have arrived today. Went in to check on status. CANCELLED. Contacted them again.

No help at all. Can’t process a new order without the original receipt info (the info I already gave them when they created the new order). Anyway, they scammed me big time with that initial phone call. @IKEA

Follow up. @Safeway handled the situation to my satisfaction.
