Both the Roman Catholic Church and the Eastern Orthodox Church claim to be the "one true Church." Both say private interpretation is insufficient to determine truth in matters of faith and morals. Both require submission to their respective magisterium. Both claim apostolic succession. So here’s my question: If both make the exact same claims, and we’re told we cannot use personal judgment or interpretation to decide which is true, how are we supposed to know which one to submit to? Both cannot be right if there's only one "true Church."

Let me try to help. 🙏🏻 A lot of women feel overwhelmed because they carry an invisible list in their heads of everything that needs to happen. It’s not just the task…. It’s noticing the task, planning the task, remembering the task, and making sure the task gets finished. A man sees one problem that needs fixing. A woman sees the 10 steps that happen before that problem is even visible. This does not mean men don’t care or women are better. It means men and women notice and process responsibilities differently. The problem starts when she feels like she has to manage everything and constantly remind him what needs to be done. Over time, she can stop feeling like his wife and start feeling like his manager or caregiver. That dynamic creates resentment and destroys attraction. But the solution is not just for him to take on more. Sometimes the solution is simplifying the lifestyle, lowering unnecessary expectations, and focusing on what truly matters. Many couples get stuck because one person wants more (usually her) while the other wants less responsibility to maintain it (usually him) When expectations, responsibilities, and priorities are not balanced, resentment grows on both sides. The solution is not keeping score, simplifying your lifestyle, and valuing your spouse.
