@DebAllcockTyler In psychology cognitive ability tests still assume 'individual differences' with race and ethnicity and sometimes gender owing to the 'difference'.. So using cognitive ability tests will actively reduce black and ethnic minorities in any selection and recruitment candidate pool.

This is so shockingly unbelievable it’s almost hard to believe. But it’s true. How has it taken this long to change?

1/ I've been thinking about gender segregation in the UK workforce. Charting age and gender in a population pyramid, and standardising for size, we can see marked differences by industry - in age and gender. Agriculture has an average age of 48 compared to 34 for hospitality

I really do love learning new things. Just discovered how to integrate forms into emails & am excited about the possibility of using it to gather views quickly on simple questions. This might be something that everyone else already knows but it's made me smile today already!

We need to undo the normalisation of sending traumatic images of people being attacked and dying on socials and WhatsApp groups. It’s not entertainment lives are being lost and families are effected let’s be more considerate please 🙏🏾
