It is totally stupid when one of bus companies of @OmioGlobal quote airline passengers for only 1cabin luggage, 1 personal item baggage allowance, and then you have to buy an extra seat for your checked-in luggage. #flibco #charleroi #Brussels

On how a third party like @Uber can be licensed with such a public service like train travel, especially when also outsourcing to a 4th party in @OmioGlobal On top Uber have no live escalations service. And since the issue, surprise, surprise, Uber have taken no responsibility

Hugely frustrating experience trying to contact a human and dealing with @OmioSupport via their @ada_cx AI Agent. This chatbot will give no direct email address or specific timeframe to resolve an invoice query for my booking. Terrible use case for customer service! #Omio
