Ex. A why e-bike registration and licensing isn't a magical fix. Isn't this 40 mph dirt bike already required to be registered and licensed under NYS/C law? Yet no one stopped it from weaving in and out traffic in Downtown BK and across the Manhattan Bridge bike lane.

So an adult irresponsibly gave an illegal motorized vehicle to a minor, and that minor, perhaps unwittingly, illegally drove that vehicle on the street with impunity until he was killed. Police enforcement under a license, plating, and registration system -- under which illegal vehicles that don't conform to these rules would stick out -- could have saved this child.

Basing the regional definitions of New York State's various regions on county boundaries is nonsensical.
For example, far northern Oneida County is 100% a part of the "North Country" in a way that Utica is not.
I made this map years ago and it's the best map there is of NYS.

@NYC_DOT @nick_benson @rmplynch Good morning, The inlaid bike markers at the BK entrance to the Brooklyn Bridge are broken (likely from the police cars that drive over them) creating sharp edges. These markers are being fixed on the 3d Ave greenway now. Can these be fixed too?

Prior to pickleball I don’t think I’d ever heard people talk about a “fastest growing” sport. Obviously at any point, some sport was always growing faster than any other one. But it was never, iirc, a popular frame for discussing sports.
