I think the PoE1 mercenary league is excellent and has produced some stellar content! The mercenaries are amazing, betrayal is great. However, I would like to suggest some improvements that I have found while no-lifing the game over the past days. Short/Mid-Term Improvements: - Apply item filter to mercenary gear - Nerfs to how much DOT damage mercenaries take and deal (when fighting them). 90% of things that kill them seem to be dots - Whatever the shieldcrush merc is doing, he needs a nerf - Buffs to mercenary currencies in T16+ maps - It would be nice to see some T16-T17 exclusive mercenary additions, such as some super rare skills, merc types or rewards. - Fix for Doryani negative resist not applying to merc. I think it's cool that doryani-mercs exist, but they should not ignore downsides. Currently we're heading for a lightning-spear-style situation, where 75% players will want to run a doryani merc and lightning damage, killing all creativity. - Echo-maps feel terrible when they spawn with souleater/modsteal mod only. - More mercenary slots. GGG mentioned, it's mostly a database/memory concern. If that's true, sell them. That feels like a OK thing to sell. - Niche complain, but I think mercenaries should be reflect immune. This helps with atziri, reflect maps, that one weird centaur... I think this league has created some excellent content-additions to the game. It'd be great to see these systems expanded: - Allflame balance and more allflames. They're neat. It's a shame that there's 2 that are very useful (Gilded, ethereal) and the rest seems too weak - More mercenary types! - More runegrafts. Most of them are pretty niche right now. Long-Term Issues (likely after league end): - I like stranded-items, but I think it's a bit TOO easy to obtain 4-5x T1 rares this league. Merc gear + Memory items have made veiled and fractured gear near-obsolete. - Two of the 3 new pinnacles (not the dread one) are imo super unexciting. - More control over originator-map-abilities - Super niche: I would love to be able to invest into a mercenary and level up and get abilities along the player What do you think? What's your wishlist? How salty are you about doryani-strat getting nerfed?

Yes, it’s a $39 cable. It also has a very good DAC and ADC inside and is bidirectional. This is not, in fact, a bad price.
