For instance, my one plus wireless z2 earphone repair took over a week last year. Just extrapolate!

The company has not really worked on easing the process for it's users, by accelerating the process of screen replacement to curb this prolonged inconvenience.

@OnePlus_IN @OnePlus_Support I have been facing the issue of green line on my 1+ 9r since December. I have had a busy personal and work life since & was unable to visit the Kanpur service centre. The only solution offered was to pickup my phone but I had no backup device.
