Jason Wells, CEO of Centerpoint scolds Houstonians...demands they turn their thermostats to 78F while he sits in his office with the AC on at 70F Wells also suggested that we all buy electrical generators from Centerpoint affiliates if we wanted power stability on Centerpoint's phone recording He promoted a false Centerpoint Website map suggesting that most of Houston was not without electrical power when we all sat there without power sweating, our groceries rotting and our sick and elderly dying from extreme heat in the dead of summer...we all called him out on the sham with Whataburger's availability website and people screenshotting the fake Centerpoint availability map and attesting to gross area power outages...my home was and still is one of those FAKE green areas on his fake scam map He then ran off the very linemen crews that came to Houston to restore our power by starving them out, refusing to give them service tickets and authority to restore service, wouldn't pay for their damn motels or expenses to travel here to help turn this city back on He betrayed our trust He manufactured this situation by not maintaining the public right of ways and cutting back the folliage, just like he did in California at PG&E where he burnt California to the ground and killed people Wells is public enemy number 1 This SOB wants us to suffer or die, pay more for horrible service and give him a raise Wells promoted a culture of lying to the public with a false narrative "call center" and web site pretending to log our calls and requests for service when in fact they don't even need it because smart meters electronically report every 60 seconds to central command and they know immediately when our homes are not energized Houston hospitals are full, 911 calls for heat exhaustion and heat related heart failures are soaring and they are dumping patients into make shift recovery rooms at Reliant center rather than sending them home to hot humid infection prone homes now sweltering with mold and mildew (think I'm kidding, ask around...Tyler, ATX, Dallas, Beaumont and San Antonio are taking the overflow) He's a fraudster, scam artist and psychopath that belongs in prison or on the end of a damn rope behind a whipped horse and I hope he dies of venereal disease and chokes on his $7M salary Centerpoint's board of directors hired him to put across this rip off scam and THEY and his managers are complicit in this fraud that has harmed millions needlessly to take in billions, buy off our politicians and fill their own damn pockets...go look at your favorite politicians campaign donations from Centerpoint, affiliates and Key players This fucker raked in a $6 Billion dollar profit for Centerpoint shareholders last year by NOT doing the maintenance work to secure grid stability and got a fucking bonus for it Prove me wrong

Centerpoint energy made $6 billion in profits last year. They are still trying to negotiate price with out of state linesman. Before you defend Centerpoint, just know that they put profit over people.
