@DestinyTheGame didn’t see it in the known issues but the chain lightning melee on prismatic only has one charge and did not get the 100% damage buff

@dankkepng I still see a way to potentially continue it in a hypothetical D3, if the Traveler is in a sort of constant tug of war with the changes. Could start a D3 with that balance being upset with a Red War adjacent attack on the Traveler, then picking up where we left off (kinda)

Oh wow it’s actually over. So Earth is stable again and is no transmutating after 3’s death. Plus the Traveller is back to normal, no longer changing after being corrupted by darkness. I didn’t think they would cut off the Fare Saga in this way. I’m depressed

@destiny_thememe I’m a forever warlock main but it’s hunter. Front and centre of the original Destiny’s cover art, most recognizable Vanguard, golden gun being the most iconic original super, etc. Titan is second choice as they’re centre in D2’s cover and most resonant with Destiny’s themes imo

@elizamoonx I thought about this recently before the news, I think following an Elsie dark future variant until a certain point, and then having some sort of timeline merge with the original timeline or being brought forward à la Lodi after a cataclysm in the original might work

@DattosDestiny had a unique aesthetic, and the *gameplay* of the story was still great for the second legendary campaign. Its only faults were the actual narrative of the story (fair criticism, but also compare to narratives like Shadowkeep and Beyond Light which were very barebones) 2/3

@PaulTassi I think people need to realize that these changes are reactions from about a month’s time, the update isn’t out for two weeks, and as long as the feedback given is done respectfully, they can probably revert a few of these changes before they go live.
