CENTCOM Statement on Recently Fallen, Missing U.S. Service Members TAMPA, Fla. — On July 17, two U.S. service members in Jordan were killed in action as U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) and partner forces defended against Iranian ballistic missile and drone attacks. Additionally, one service member is currently missing. Four American service members were medically evacuated to Jordanian hospitals. They have since been discharged. Other personnel who were evaluated for minor injuries have returned to duty. Out of respect for the families, CENTCOM will withhold additional information, including the identities of the fallen warriors, until 24 hours after the next of kin have been notified.

The narrative about a supposed $300 billion “Iran investment fund” is being deliberately distorted by grifters to generate clicks and controversy. In reality, this is not an unconditional handout. It is a conditional incentive or, in simpler terms, a “carrot.” Under this approach, Iran would first have to fully dismantle its nuclear program, completely end its support for terrorist groups, and carry out meaningful internal reforms. Only then would the United States help organize a group of investors to pursue commercially attractive opportunities in Iran. The aim would be to create deep economic ties and mutual interdependence that make future conflict far more costly for all sides and demonstrate that choosing peace delivers greater long-term benefits than continuing to back terrorism. The only people who could possibly oppose this plan are those who are either financially benefiting from prolonged conflict or are individuals of severely low intelligence… or perhaps both.

پاشنه آشیل نیروی ملی در همه این سال‌ها فقدان امکانات مالی بوده است. نیروی ملی نمی‌خواهد و نمی‌تواند از نظر مالی وابسته به دولت‌های خارجی و نهادهای بین‌المللی باشد، جریان‌های ضدملی و‌ پنجاه‌و‌هفتی در این راه مانعی ندارند و با این‌بودجه‌ها نقشی بسیار بیشتر از وزن اجتماعی خود بازی کرده‌اند. وابستگی به ثروتمندان ایرانی نیز مشکلات خود را دارد. نخست به لحاظ تاریخی ثروتمندان ایرانی نخواسته و نتوانسته‌اند منابع مالی مورد نیاز جنبش ملی را در اندازه‌ای که برای پایین کشیدن نظام ‌اسلامی مورد نیاز است تامین کنند. دوم اینکه حتی در صورت عملی شدن این مسئله در صورت نبود پروسه تامین مالی که بر کمک‌های خرد اما وسیع متکی باشد به جمع اندکی قدرت زیادی برای اعمال نظر و نفوذ می‌دهد. نیروی ملی به رهبری شاهزاده رضا پهلوی امروز توان‌بسیج توده‌ای دارد. این‌توان بسیج توده‌ای برای تبدیل شدن به پیروزیهای سیاسی نهادی نیازمند تامین مالی منابع خرد از جمعی وسیع است تا هم بتواند با توان مالی جمهوری اسلامی و دیگر جریان‌های پنجاه‌و‌هفتی رقابت کند و بساط فتنه ۵۷ را از ایران جمع کند و هم اینکه در مقابل دولت‌های خارجی، نهادهای بین‌المللی، و ثروتمندان دارای استقلال رای باشد. تمامی جنبش‌های توده‌ای ضدسیستم از جمله جنبش مگا در حزب جمهوریخواه با این شیوه تامین مالی توانستند بر‌رقبای خود که امکانات نهادی بیشتری داشتند غلبه کنند. از قضا این شیوه تامین مالی سالم‌ترین و شفاف‌ترین شیوه تامین مالی نیز هست.
