Dear @airtelindia How difficult is it to close a WiFi connection? There's no real support available, and your so-called 24x7 AI help just creates a ticket and auto-closes it without resolution. Didn't want to take this to Twitter, but I’m left with no other option.

@AppsLab_Co @SamsungIndia @amazonIN Once return is started there is a grace period within that they will be refunding the amount to the source, even though sender has not received the parcel. Same thing happened with me for S24U (1L₹). Call customer service everyday.

I need urgent help. I ordered a Samsung 990 EVO Plus 4TB SSD from the official @SamsungIndia store on @amazonIN. The SSD arrived dead. Amazon first told me to contact Samsung. Samsung asked me to travel 150+ km, which I cannot. Then Amazon assured me, “We will refund you.” On 13 Nov, Amazon’s pickup agent came, checked serial number, took photos, verified everything, and then accepted the return. A few days later, the status changed to “Item lost in transit.” Now @amazonIN & @AmazonHelp are claiming I sent a wrong item, which is impossible because their own agent verified it before pickup. This SSD cost me ₹29,000 — a huge amount for me. My parents are travelling via @airindia on 2nd sept. @airindia changed the flight without notifying & layover reduced to 30 mins. They can’t complete their immigration. We did multiple follow ups with @airindia but not responding. They are not cooperating with @Cleartrip as well.

@airtelindia Pathetic service and experience, Modem's power switch failure reported on 21Nov, after engineer visit, issue has been closed without resolution. Raised new complain that got resolved within mins Called CC to reopen but the Rep was too rude to listen to complain (1/4)
