@SVPAnalytics Raleigh and Cluff are essentially the same size, minus a few pounds. Burgess, in the past has been discussed as a 4/5 combo. There’s no doubt in my mind he’ll play minutes at the 5.

Burgess is a 4 so probably not him Do we think Sinan is ready to play 15 minutes a game, especially when conference play comes around? People get mad when I say we need frontcourt help and say trust they will develop but don’t give answers to rotation minutes. I trust Painter and Brantley. Not the issue. I trust players will develop. Not the issue. But how would the minutes look? Plugging in a transfer 5 to compete for minutes is not a bad idea.

There were audible boos from Mackey when Paint subbed DJ in I’m not sure I’ve ever seen that happen here

@walkeri141 @Quinn_Douglas_ He was a fine ref. He just objectively hated (or bet against) Purdue. I recall at one point we were like 1-19 ATS in games he reffed. Much more corrupt than Larry IMO

@Quinn_Douglas_ Funny you mention Green - he's in the SEC primarily now. He's been outstanding every game I've watched him since moving down there. This conference hurts young officials, imo. This style of ball doesn't set you up for success (nor do the coaches)

Sub out Brian Dorsey for Courtney Green and you have the 3 officials of the apocalypse.

@PurdueApologist Why does it have to be one size fits all? Against Illinois, we needed the size and it took an all time effort to beat us. Against IU, put TKR at the 5 for great advantage in the post. Adjust game by game.

Purdue's season is still ahead of them but after seeing the last 3 games I dont know how Painter doesnt just start TKR at the 5. Thats where he thrives. Thats where we looked the best last night. Embrace TKR at the 5, coaches.

I'm not saying Purdue needs to be doing what Cig just did, but if we want a player in the portal, Purdue needs to be able to offer the same thing whatever Northwestern, Maryland, Minnesota, IU, Rutgers, etc offer. And right now that is not the case.

Saturday will mark my 60th season of watching Purdue Football. And I don’t think I’ve ever seen the Ross Stadium field or should I say Rohrman Field look better.
