@SharecareInc what is the best email or phone number to contact regarding trying to remove a scale device from your Eat Right Now program (after leaving the program / deleting my account)? I want to be able to just use the scale separately now. Thanks!

@EatRight_Now I received a scale through the program but have since deleted my account. How can I reset the scale and set it up unrelated to anything ERN and just through the regular consumer @AskWithings app.

@AmazonPhotos I’m trying to play a slideshow of an album on a Fire TV but it only shuffles a random subset of photos. Is there a way to force it to include all the images? Is there a documented limit on how many will be played? Lots of similar complaints online. Any solutions?

@AmazonHelp I have followed those steps already. I shared my album with the account registered on the Fire TV. The issue is that when I click to play the slideshow, it randomly shows only some of the photos. I think it’s a bug or undocumented behavior that maybe only 100 photos are used.

@TPLINKHelp I’ve had a HS210 for 3 years working fine, hooked up to an exterior flood light. All of a sudden last night, the switch started turning on and off randomly/irregularly, making the clicking sound each time. I eventually had to just shut the breaker. Any ideas?

@abgoldberg Have you checked for any outages in the My Fios app. To do so, go to Support > Internet > Fix internet connection issues. ^DLD

@VerizonSupport is there a known outage or issue near Clarksville, MD that would cause incredibly slow upload speeds on FIOS? I’m seeing speed test results of 400-500 down by 1-3 up.
