Inside controlled gas chambers in Rawalpindi, Indian Army soldiers were exposed to mustard gas. Not in battle. In experiments. They were made to stand inside sealed chambers wearing minimal clothing so the effects on skin, eyes, and lungs could be studied. What they endured was not warfare—it was observation. Above that they're numerous cases, the builder constructs saleable building on priority, sells the properties & the original owners keep waiting till eternity for their own property in builder's possession. Keep fighting court cases. I'm one of the victim of this.

Major reason why buildings going for redevelopment don't want two seperate towers despite being aware of the economic disparity between the existing members & the likely new residents is the the diminishing trust in the builders. They always feels that they will get a raw deal in an independent tower, with inferior construction material and quality, while the others will enjoy the best amenity.

Redevelopment: Given the number of builders planning "luxury" projects in Mumbai, its a wise idea to create two separate towers. One for buyers. One for the earlier owners. Otherwise Clash of Incomes is inevitable. Ofcourse plot size will be needed. Owners should welcome it.

Everyone wants modern comfort—ACs everywhere (home, office, gym, car), private own vehicles, flights, high electricity use—and all of that naturally adds to emissions and heat load. But the same people switch to full ‘environ-mentalist mode’ (i.e keyboard warrior using same advance resources) the moment temperatures rise, as if lifestyle choices have zero role 😅 Now even 40–43°C which is well within the normal summer climatology for many regions—is treated like an apocalypse. Reality is, many of us live in controlled AC bubbles of 18–22°C, so anything outside feels extreme. Let’s be honest—no one is going back to a pre-electricity or no car/mobile era. @Shekharcoool5 महाराष्ट्रात जन्मले, वाढले तरी यांना मराठी येत नाही. ते माज दाखवतातच पण आपणसुद्धा कमी नाही. समोरच्याला मराठी येत नाही असं दिसलं तर आपण लगेच हिंदीत सुरू होतो. आपले कितीतरी असेही आहेत जे सुरुवातच हिंदीत करतात. बालपणापासून हिंदी शिकवण्याचा व बहुभाषिक शेजार असल्याचा परिणाम आहे.

लोकांना महाराष्ट्रात २५ वर्ष राहून मराठी येत नाही. आणि हे ते अभिमानाने सांगतात ह्याचा राग आहे.
