First off I want to say I'm sorry for losing my cool on the live stream today. I should be better at maintaining my composure during times of stress. I know folks were just trying to be helpful. The fault also is on me for not being the most articulate person when I'm speaking off the cuff (It's the reason I don't usually do live streamed shows in the first place.)
To make everything very clear for those who are still not up to speed on what's going on. My channel was not demonetized because I broke some rule. My channel has always operated within Youtube's guidelines.
My channel is also not an outlier in this situation. Literally thousands of legitimate channels have been terminated over the last month due to Youtube using a faulty, untested and under supported Ai system that has been systematically flagging and demonetizing channels all while Youtube offers no human reviews or interactions to resolve these false terminations.
As you can see from this screenshot of Youtube's X post, they have been hit with a community note after posting a very tone deaf tweet yesterday.
I know everyone wants to offer me suggestions on how I should change my channel and my content to comply with YouTube's vague emails they have sent me, but that's what's at issue here. There is NOTHING about the content of my channel that needs nor should be changed, as I have not violated any TOS.
This situation is the fault of Youtube, whether intentional or accidental is up for debate, and we can discuss that. But what you guys need to know is that nothing I have posted to my channel actually violates any of Youtube's TOS.

I am LITERALLY creating my own content.
I spend hours researching from real sources: books, news reports, articles, and more. I write the scripts myself, edit the videos, and design every thumbnail by hand.
YouTube saw all of that and said MASS PRODUCED.
I do not want another bot response. I want a REAL person to sit down and actually watch what I make and my APPEAL VIDEO. Anyone who does will immediately see that this decision makes NO SENSE.
For anyone facing the same “inauthentic content” madness, let’s unite and go VIRAL. YouTube has to listen to us.

I've been getting a lot of questions regarding how to avoid or safe guard your channel from inauthentic content from a large range of creators both faceless and nont faceless.
because youtube enforcement is so incredibly vague and so many guru's are just sharing unfounded and unsupported advice at the moment i want to opensource a large scale project that attempts to figure out the patterns that trigger inauthentic content so we transparantely know what is and is not allowed on youtube.
However in order to do so i need a large enough sample size of channels that have been hit with inauthentic content in order for this to work.
That's why i humbly ask if we can crowd source channels that are confirmed to have been affected in this google form so i can collect enough data to actually find some of the more important signals.
(note that i will NOT share any of the channels shared with us publically in this google doc ill just use them to capture the data i need to run the study)

For 25 days, I’ve been living in a loop of generic, copy-paste responses while my livelihood is stripped away. This isn't just an "algorithmic error"—it’s a total failure of empathy.
Behind every channel you demonetize for "inauthentic content," there is a real human being who hasn't slept, who is stressed about supporting their family, and who has spent years building a community on your platform.
The reality of the current "Appeal System" is a joke:
• The "Invisible" Review: We spend days making honest, detailed appeal videos, only for them to be rejected in hours. It is mathematically impossible for a human to have actually reviewed the craft in that time.
• The Goalpost Shifting: One day it’s "inauthentic," the next it’s "harmful." You can’t even decide why you’re punishing us, yet you expect us to "fix" it.
• The Emotional Rollercoaster: Telling a creator they are monetized again, only to say "oops, mistake" an hour later, is psychological cruelty.
We aren't lines of code. We aren't "inauthentic." We are the reason people come to this platform.
If a creator has to wait 150+ days for a mistake you made, the system isn't "moderating"—it's destroying. Stop hiding behind bots. Give us real human reviews and clear, actionable transparency.
I have been waiting for 25 days. I am done being patient with a bot. I want a human.

This is ridiculous. I'm going to move heaven and earth to fix this. @TeamYouTube wrongly demonetized my channel Jortx on April 17 for "Inauthentic Content." This is CLEARLY AN ERROR and it puts my entire business at risk. - The channel has 5 VIDEOS in 4 months. - Each takes 3+ weeks to produce. - 10-20 day gaps between uploads. This is literally the OPPOSITE of mass-produced. Clearly collateral damage from an automated AI ban wave. Please, just LOOK at my history: • 3+ years on YouTube • Multiple channels, 500K+ subscribers combined • Millions of views, HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of dollars generated for YouTube • NOT A SINGLE STRIKE. Ever. • 10+ people depending on this work full-time A single qualified human looking at this account for 30 seconds would immediately see this is a mistake. Instead, all my channels are now at risk because of one false accusation from an algorithm. What I've done: • Public tweet to @TeamYouTube yesterday → replied with a generic automated message that doesn't even address my case • DMs on X → no reply • Formal legal appeal to yt-partner-support@google.com today citing EU Digital Services Act (Articles 14, 15, 17, 20) The response? An automated email sent back 1 SECOND later. Screenshot below ⬇️ AI banning. AI responding. Zero humans. This is exactly what Article 20 DSA exists to prevent. As a European creator, if my case is not properly reviewed by a qualified human, I will escalate under the EU Digital Services Act (Articles 17 & 20) to the Spanish Digital Services Coordinator and the European Commission. @YouTube , this is not optional. It's binding EU law. This goes against common sense AND the law. We need to cut this out at the root, before no one is safe. Please RT and tag @TeamYouTube to the death. Please. I love your idea, we can’t keep rewarding thieves. I think I recall seeing your posts in the past being reposted by people who were not you.
Unfortunately, the sad part is that even if they decide not to copy-paste it directly here on X, many will still steal the content & repost it on other platforms (Instagram predominantly). It’s a more “subtle” form of theft because they know that in most cases the original author never comes across it (especially if they’re not as active on those other apps). And I don’t think Meta has any policy against that.
Sometimes when they copy-paste on X, they also change a word or two, lightly rephrasing the text just enough to dodge any clear plagiarism claims, even though the intent to steal is painfully obvious.
I appreciate your comment. I can see why other accounts try to mimic your work too. I hope that one day they can be protected, or that there is at least some sort of filter that allows you to see if the content is stolen

While you were sleeping, Apple pulled off a quiet revolution. They silently rolled out automated app review, their answer to the surge of apps driven by the vibe coding trend.
Auto-review is the first stage of the review process. Right now it’s rough. The system flags any SDK that collects attribution data as a signal that your app contains ads. Developers are getting hit with auto-rejections left and right.
It also automatically detects Firebase anonymous auth as a sign that your app has a login flow and asks you to provide a demo video.
The fix is simple though. Just add a note in App Review Information clarifying that your app has no ads and no login feature.
Hopefully Apple ships a fix soon and we end up with fast automated reviews for trusted accounts, similar to how Google Play already handles it.

i found a way to make AI videos that don't sound like AI...
example below....
sora 2, veo 3.1, kling 2.6 are decent but they all have that robotic AI accent that everyone can detect immediately
and when people try replacing the voices with elevenlabs, it always sounds way too professional
like it's recorded on a professional mic in a studio
but if i'm making a UGC video of someone in their room, i don't want studio quality
it should sound like it's actually in that room
the workflow i use completely removes that fake AI voice sound
why this matters:
when your AI voices sound too polished or robotic, people notice. their guard goes up. they disengage.
but when your voices sound like they're coming from a real person in a real room, that's when they work the best
