FACTS: This was the average freight broker’s work station in 2006 20 years later and America’s freight brokers now have 20 times as many monitors to monitor And then we wonder why unsafe loads and bad carriers end up within the network If there wasn’t a freight broker shortage than why is a modern broker expected to monitor 20 times as many monitors as his or her or they’s ancestors? Please call your senator and ask them to solve the freight broker shortage now

1. Non domiciled CDLs were cancelled in Indiana so the capacity got that much tighter. 2. It's NYC- not a lot of people want to go there because of how tight it is. 3. East Coast market sucks. 4. Selling your kidney won't help

I despise multi-year SAAS contracts. It basically says your product is shit but we need to lock you in so once you discover it’s shit you can’t leave.

@BillPackets @FreightAlley Seeing the same thing. I also see others not moving fast enough on their rates and their freight sits on the board and eventually have to give back to the shipper. Shippers are going to have to get off the teat of low cost freight.

@FreightAlley flats are WILD right now...i had about a 2k spread yesterday out of the same shipper for two loads going into same market areas. my bids are sky high bc idk if i'll get a "market rate" or...2x market rate, on the same day, with a similar lane

Why is DAT trying to talk down the flatbed market? Nothing is fading in flatbed. This is the most extreme surge in flatbed markets we have tracked in many years, with no sign of it cooling. Rejection rates remain above 40% and flatbed rates are shooting to the moon.
