Russia has for the first time used a new small-sized missile type "Banderol," said the head of the Kharkov Regional Prosecutor's Office, Yuri Papusha. The S8000 Banderol (meaning "parcel" or "small package") is a low-cost, air-launched cruise missile developed by the Russian sanctioned defense contractor Kronshtadt Group. First identified by Ukrainian intelligence in April 2025, it is a "hybrid" weapon that blends the characteristics of a cruise missile and a long-range kamikaze drone. A standout feature reported by Ukraine's Defense Intelligence (GUR) is its ability to perform tighter, sharper turns than conventional Russian cruise missiles like the Kh-101 or Kalibr, allowing it to better navigate around air defenses. The primary launch platform is the Orion (Inokhodets) medium-altitude long-endurance (MALE) drone. It's specs look similar to the Geran-5 with a speed above 500 km per hour (up to 650) but it is significantly larger with a bigger payload. t.me/EastCalling/32…

🚨 Adversarial RL for Drone Interceptors: Competitive RL is being used to train drone interceptors against agile evasive drones But instead of training only the interceptor (pursuer), this paper trains both sides. 1. The interceptor learns to catch 2. The evader learns to escape Making autonomy adversarial pushes both policies to its limits. Both agents are trained inside a high-fidelity JAX quadrotor simulator running massive parallel rollouts Results showed a successful transfer zero-shot to a real indoor flight arena, and caught the simulated evader 7 times in 28 seconds. Designing for Power Systems: Choosing Between ADC-Based Telemetry and Hardware Comparators In high-reliability hardware design, interfacing high-voltage rails (24V/12V) with a 3.3V Microcontroller (MCU) is a fundamental task. While a standard hardware comparator (like the LM393) offers a quick binary status, moving toward Analog-to-Digital (ADC) Monitoring provides a significantly more robust system architecture. Here is a technical breakdown of why this approach is becoming the standard for professional power management units: 1. The Precision Advantage (Telemetry) A comparator tells you if 24V > 12V, but it doesn't tell you the health of the rail. By using a precision voltage divider and an ADC, we gain real-time telemetry. This allows the firmware to detect: Voltage Sag: Identifying battery depletion before the system hits a critical cutoff. Transient Spikes: Monitoring regulator stability under varying load conditions. 2. Software-Defined Hysteresis Hardware-based hysteresis is fixed by resistor values. By moving the logic to the firmware, we can implement Dynamic Hysteresis. This allows us to adjust trip-points on the fly, effectively filtering out noise without changing physical components. 3. The Engineering "Bulletproofing" To ensure the MCU's longevity, the input stage must be ruggedized: Impedance Matching: Selecting resistor values (typically 10k to 100k ohms) that balance low power consumption with the ADC’s sampling requirements. Transient Suppression: Utilizing a 3.6V Zener diode or Schottky clamping to protect the MCU from input over-voltage. Noise Decoupling: Implementing a Low-Pass Filter (LPF) to attenuate high-frequency switching noise from upstream DC-DC converters. The Math: Recovery Theory To translate the scaled voltage back to the actual rail value in firmware, we apply the Scale Factor (SF): SF = (R1 + R2) / R2 For a 24V rail scaled to 3V (R1 = 70k, R2 = 10k)bs, our SF is 8. A 2.5V reading at the pin accurately represents a 20V rail status.

Dostałem link do świetnej mapy. Ostrzegam - mega zjadacz czasu dla osób lubiących mapy, drogi, planowanie itd. Mapa posiada warstwę na której można policzyć izochrony - czyli dokąd dojedziemy w zadanym przez siebie czasie. Ustawiamy obszar który nas interesuje, następnie podajemy czas dojazdu np z centrum Warszawy, Poznania, Katowic czy Siemiatycz np na 30 minut (można wybrać od 1 - 60 minut) albo odległość (można wybrać od 1 - 100 km) i po kliknięciu w "Generate isochrones" mapa generuje obraz. Sin licencia que demandar. Imposible de llevar a juicio. El 23 de octubre de 2020, la RIAA lanzó un DMCA contra él. GitHub lo borró en horas. Junto con 18 forks. Entonces un desarrollador hizo algo genial: Metió todo el código fuente dentro del propio repositorio de notices DMCA de GitHub. El aviso que intentaba matarlo, ahora lo contenía. 24 días después, GitHub dio marcha atrás. Restauró todo. Y creó un fondo de $1 millón para defender a desarrolladores. La industria musical perdió. Y lo mejor: La comunidad forkeó youtube-dl, lo renombró yt-dlp y sigue vivo. Última release: 17 de marzo de 2026. Un simple script de Python vs. todo el poder de Sony, Universal y Warner.
