@benjamingreeley @FritzTheDev @immad yes but the reason the realtors “consider them tire kickers” is because the cost for a non-tech savvy realtor to follow up is 100x what it would cost a smart (and targeted) tech system. Not saying wrong but cost benefit is likely v different for realtors vs proptech system

@FritzTheDev @immad I had this idea too, and asked realtors about it. They told me they often considered these tire kickers. But sometimes you have to just experiment anyway.

the most important thing (by far) that I learned at MIT? the fact that everything is learnable seems obvious- but when you realized that even “incomprehensible magic” is just a simple layers built on top of each other…. everything unlocks

@gbufremsays Agreed! Where I’ve found the most success is finding the middle of the Venn Diagram of “super important customer problem” and “technology the team is really excited to build” — once you find this, magic happens, and 10x faster

product people want a magical framework or process that solves everything. if anyone is promising you that, RUN! it does not exist. product is hard. there's no "fill in the blank" solution, but there are proven practices that, when done correctly always deliver results:
