@Founder_Mode_ Yes work on bottlenecks, yes supply vs demand constraints are important. Yes challenging requirements and cutting waste is important. Focus, speed, urgency; yes But all of this assumes the business model itself, the problem and solution space are right. But what if they aren't?

Elon Musk was asked why his companies move faster than anyone else. His answer: "I'm constantly addressing the limiting factor. Whatever the limiting factor is on speed, I'm going to tackle that. If capital is the limiting factor, I'll solve for capital. If it's not the limiting factor, I'll solve for something else." He then said something most managers never figure out: "If something is going really well and making good progress, there's no point in me spending time on it." "The irony is if something's going really well, they don't see much of me. But if something is the limiting factor, they'll see a lot of me." He spends his time entirely on whatever is blocking the next step. Not on what's interesting. Not on what he's best at. But on whatever is the bottleneck right now. Most leaders do the opposite... They gravitate toward what they're comfortable with and away from the hard problem. From: @dwarkesh_sp and @collision

why is it relevant whether sam altman can code or not, he's there to sell, make money, raise capital, do CEO things. sure it might be useful to know technical things, but I don't get the reason why its so important

#Vibecode Although I'm still unsure about whether to join or enter #levelsio #Vibecoding competition, I tried to cook up a simple house flipping game using Google AI Studio based off an old Flash game I used to play called mansion impossible. Its still not quite there yet.

@mkandemir You should add “advisors” with avatars and demands and you get multi choice option of what to do. A variation of this would be a press conference and it impacts things

🕹️ THE VIBE JAM IS BACK! I present you... 🌟 2026 @cursor_ai Vibe Coding Game Jam #vibejam Sponsored by @boltdotnew + @cursor_ai Start: Today! Deadline: 1 May 2026 at 13:37 UTC, so you have a whole month to make your game! REAL CASH PRIZES: 🏆 Gold: $20,000 🥈 Silver: $10,000 🥉 Bronze: $5,000 RULES: - anyone can enter with their game - at least 90% of code has to be written by AI - it should be started today or after today, don't submit old games - game has to be accessible on web without any login or signup and free-to-play (preferrably its own domain or subdomain) - multiplayer games preferred but not required! - can use any engine but usually @ThreeJS is recommended - NO loading screens and heavy downloads (!!!) has to be almost instantly in the game (except maybe ask username if you want) - add the HTML code on the Google form in the reply below to show you're an entrant - one entry per person (focus on making one really good game!) WHAT TO USE: - anythign but we suggest @cursor_ai's Composer 3 and @boltdotnew, they are both fast, affordable and great at ThreeJS and making games THE JURY: Me, @s13k_, and I will ask some real game dev and AI people to jury again too Sponsors and jury suggestions still very welcome, just DM me! It will be interesting to see the difference in quality with last year, and the Vibe Jam can be kind of like a fun benchmark for AI coding seeing it close in on real commercial games I think To enter, complete the form in the reply below this tweet!

@taiomi Thanks. When bundling multiple games together like this do you use targets or are they packages or something else? I was going to do one for 3 card games but I found that swift got confused with naming and I wonder how you self contained them?

Over a year ago, I was sub $5k/mo trying to sell 7 different services at once. A few months ago, my agency hit $200,000/mo. Thing is... I’m not special, and ANYONE can copy me given they put in the work. Most agency owners I speak to keep running the same playbook that got them their first few clients… and wonder why it hasn’t gotten them to 50k. They don’t realize: - The offer that signs your first 3 clients won't land client 15. - The lead gen that works at $10K breaks at $50K. - The one-man delivery model that felt "scrappy" at $5K turns into 80-hour weeks at $30K EVERY revenue stage has completely different rules. And if you don't know what to change at each level, you will never ascend past that 30k mark. Then, you’ll start to doubt yourself. Next, you’ll spiral. Eventually, you’ll quit. Or worse… stay complacent. You’ll say: “Yeah $30k a month is actually quite good” “I’m out of fulfilment so life is chill” “I don’t really want to scale” You’re better than that. So I broke down EXACTLY what changes at each stage from $0 to $100K+/month. This video will give you the step-by-step roadmap I took MYSELF to go from 0→ 6 figs/mo. Inside, I go over everything you need: (1) Performance-based offer structure for $0-10K and why retainers kill you early (2) Dream 100 lead gen & why you should hit 54 personalized contacts per day (3) When to start running ads and stacking offers at the $30-70K stage (4) Hiring your first A-player without wrecking margins (5) Fulfillment operating systems that let you scale without destroying delivery Want the full breakdown? Comment "BLUEPRINT" And I'll DM you the link. (must be following for DM)

Acts of blood fighting looks boring. All I've seen is punch, punch, knee, punch, punch, headbutt and all enemies wait for their turn and they never block or counter moves. There's no strategy, no counters, no arm trapping, just keep punching them and you win.

If you're running an in-person event, try to reduce subjects + have a narrative flow. If something mentioned in the morning as important, follow it up in the afternoon. Just don't dump a load of disparate ideas trying to scattergun the subject; it will exhaust attendees

Exactly one year ago today, on March 31, 2025, Martin Ulrich, the co-developer of the Amiga classic Ports of Call, passed away at the age of 76. I know it's just the way life goes, but it still hits pretty hard knowing that some of the games we played (and maybe still play) were made by legends who have now passed away. Ports of Call was easily one of the best German-made games ever. RIP Martin Ulrich. Thank you for the memories. I hope your ship found safe passage.
