Between, Kante was the only top player at the time Tuchel walked in. Silva & Azpi looked like soon-to-be Saudi players, Rudiger was so terrible he got benched for Tomori.

One thing Maresca got right was timing his exit. He bailed just before anyone would realize that he already fucked the season. He is who put the club in a top 10 race by squandering points against the easiest fixtures.
