For those who still didn't understand what happened to Jannik during the 2nd set yesterday, that was Daniil's horrible, inhumane strategy to drain him physically, which it seems Jannik was aware of before the match, that's why he was clutch from the very first point. Before himself getting tired in the 3rd set and become slow, Daniil was serving in a super hurry, long rally after another, making Jannik cover the entire court in every point, next serve in 3 seconds, no time for Jannik to catch his breath at all. That's why he was about to collapse during Daniil's serve. This is the one thing we wanted him to avoid in this very long streak of consecutive tournaments. Unfortunately, Daniil in form is by far the worst player you could face while trying to reserve your energy. Actually, this's the first time I hold grudges against a player I like.
