this is the exact SEO checklist I've used for every single product I've launched 20+ products, $8m exit and now $1m+ mrr SEO was the backbone of all of it 💪 here's the sequence: month 1: it's about making Google trust your site month 2: it's about building topical authority month 3: it's when you look at what's ranking position 8-20 in GSC and turn those into your biggest wins most makers skip the foundation and 6 months later they wonder why nothing's moving I put the exact week-by-week breakdown into a free 90 day sprint sheet - every task, in order, linked to the right tool comment SEO and I'll send it over 👇

cPanel, lightning (on PyPi), and intercom-client (on npm) were all pwn’d in the last 24 hours. We also had a brutal Linux zero day go public. I fear this is only the beginning.

@arena @OpenAI Is there anyone who honestly thinks Opus is better than 5.5 at anything other than frontend? I use both heavily and it's not even a contest.

feels like a good time to seriously rethink how operating systems and user interfaces are designed (also the internet; there should be a protocol that is equally usable by people and agents)

@nico_jeannen Do you use Dokploy Cloud or Self hosted Dokploy?

Dokploy + Hetzner Claude Code can get you set it up in ~1 day (did it a few months ago) It's super cheap, and Dokploy has a really nice UI, similar to Vercel etc. + You don't pay per app anymore, you can host as much apps as your server can handle Security-wise, make sure to: - Add a firewall blocking all IPs except cloudflare - Disable auth via password etc. SSH key only - Store your SSH key in Bitwarden so you're not locked out, in case you change device, etc etc - Secure your Bitwarden with a physical passkey

@helloitsolly I think AI coding agents play a role here. When people coded manually, they cared more about trust signals like testimonials. People aren’t touching code anymore, so they’re less likely to add things like testimonial tools or extra integrations.

pro tip: self-host everything like a pro 1. get a $5/mo VPS from Hetzner 2. run each app in its own docker container 3. use cloudflare tunnels to expose them just add more containers and point more tunnels 🚀

Cloudflare refunded everything! Amazing company and fast service ❤️

I love @Cloudflare but it's getting to AWS levels of mysterious billing I have no clue which site has "Smart Shield Argo" enabled and since I have like 200 sites in Cloudflare, I have no way to figure this out There's also no Argo in Usage, and apparently I been paying this for months now without even wanting or using it 🤷

I'm leaving the cloud 👋 +80% of my SaaS portfolio now runs on bare metal. Why? I have at least 3 major reasons. One of them is, obviously, cost. This year, I've been able to reduce my monthly cloud bill on AWS from $7800 on average to below $1000 (last month). It's a very noticeable cost reduction. One question I get often: Is it really worth it? Considering the time I now need to spend managing my own dedicated servers. Short answer: Yes. In fact, running your products using OS software is surprisingly "easy" - although it comes with a few gotchas. Let me explain 👇

Fortune: Companies are spending millions on AI while most employees still refuse to use it. Roughly 80% of enterprise workers in this survey either skipped company AI tools, did the work manually, or did not use AI at all, even while companies kept raising spending on digital transformation. Executives saying the tools are ready while workers say the tools are confusing, poorly explained, and untrustworthy for serious decisions. imo, skill issue, probably for most. --- fortune .com/2026/04/09/ai-backlash-quiet-quitting-fobo-obsolete-white-collar-rebellion/
