@airindia flying JFK to Delhi on Business. After reaching the airport I was told that the lounge was under renovation! No alternative lounge access provided….. handed over a 40$ meal voucher. Just a terrible experience! Customers should be compensated!!

@PiyushGoyal problem has always been specific targeting by the officials if any complaints are made. Most industry is scared of this and also minor errors are used as a tool to harass businesses especially in crunch situations like shipments/shows etc. A way of reporting irregularities.. 2/3
