So Sall is appealing, naturally. The highest court in Australia is The High Court. The High Court can accept or deny her Appeal. If it accepts her Appeal (which it should as this case will create precedent) - it can examine the issues and decide that the Amendments made to the Act in 2013v are unconstitutional and shouldn't stand - meaning our legislators will have to address the problem. It can also agree with the lower court's findings, or decide that the provisions of the Act as they stand do indeed allow Sall to discriminate against men with Woman Gender Identity. The important thing to remember is that Sall did not initiate this legal action. The man and the AHRC did. Sall is as entitled as any other Australian to appeal the decision all the way to the High Court. 1000s of Australians support Sall in the court proceedings, as evidenced by the funds she has raised to cover her costs. Sall is what every man who claims to have a Woman Gender Identity fears. A woman who refuses to compromise. We need more women like @Sallgrover.

Sall Grover found herself at the centre of one of Australia’s biggest gender identity legal battles after banning a transgender woman from her women-only app. She joins Karl tonight at 5pm to discuss the court case that everyone's talking about.

The Giggle v Tickle decision has made Australia an international laughing stock. Women and girls’ single-sex spaces must be protected. The law must be changed. @SkyNewsAust
