Metallica drive in mix is waaay out of balance. Guitars are much too low in the mix and James’ vocals are panned dead centre and several dB higher than anything else in the mix.

I’m gonna say this gently (for now). The photos of police kneeling or being nice or joining the march are nice. That is NOT going to solve the problem. We are not asking for niceness. We are demanding freedom. And freedom requires systemic change, policy change, abolition.

Powerful #irunwithamaud time this morning as neighbors ran, jogged and walked in solidarity, standing up for justice together, black and white. Very heavy moment as we sang "Happy Birthday" as today would have been Ahmaud's birthday he didn't get to celebrate. This has to stop!

As we were distributing food to about 400 people today, the Blue Angels flew over. No one missed the irony. We could do without the theatrics of Empire right now. Our people need food and healthcare.

The bottom line is we should touch base after we double back and circle up to unpack this so we can get the ball rolling on deconflicting the redundancy of the low-hanging fruit and drill down on streamlining the benchmark.
