A final piece of advice from Holly Butcher - written the day before she passed away from cancer at just 27:
“It’s a strange thing knowing you’re going to die young.
At 26, I thought I had time…
To fall in love.
Start a family.
Grow old.
But cancer doesn’t care about plans.
Now, I understand how fragile life really is. Every single day is a gift, not a guarantee.
I’m not writing this to scare you. I’m writing to remind you: really live.
Stop stressing over little things. Be kind to your body- move it, nourish it, stop criticizing it. One day you’ll wish you had appreciated it.
Go outside.
Look at the sky.
Feel the sun.
Just be.
Spend less time chasing “stuff” - more time making memories. Don’t skip moments with people you love.
Laugh more.
Write a note.
Tell someone you love them.
Complain less.
Give more.
Helping others brings more joy than anything you can buy.
Be present.
Put your phone down.
Show up - really show up.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. You don’t need a perfect body, or a perfect life.
Just follow what makes your heart light up. Say no to what drains you. Make changes when you need to.
And please - donate blood. I wouldn’t have had that extra year without it. And that year gave me memories I’ll hold close… forever.
Thank you for reading this.
Live your life well.
And maybe… we’ll meet again someday.”

No other @premierleague club is proposing THREE YEARS of price rises to general admission tickets.
Liverpool are - thanks to decision makers in Boston
£70 tickets and £1,000 season tickets at Anfield?
If that doesn’t anger you, it should! #stopexploitingloyalty
Every electric vehicle battery on earth depends on lithium. One country processes 60% of the global supply. And a shortage could hit as early as 2028.
Wood Mackenzie's latest report says lithium demand could top 13 million tonnes by 2050. EVs alone will consume 72-80% of all lithium produced. The global EV fleet is projected to grow from 58 million vehicles to 235 million by 2030.
Supply can't keep pace with that kind of growth, and the reasons are mostly self-inflicted.
The lithium price crashed 80%+ between 2022 and 2024. That price crash caused exactly the wrong response: producers shut mines, delayed expansions, and shelved new projects. CATL suspended operations at a major mine in China worth 3% of global supply. Albemarle mothballed its Chengdu refinery. Developers across Australia and South America pushed timelines back years.
Lithium prices have now rebounded sharply. Battery-grade lithium carbonate hit $24,000 per tonne in early 2026, up significantly from the lows. Goldman Sachs projects $13,250 by end of 2026 and $17,000+ by 2028 in their base case. The market is shifting from surplus to a projected deficit of 22,000 to 80,000 metric tonnes this year.
And now AI is competing for the same metal. Lithium battery demand for data center energy storage jumped 71% in 2025 alone, with another 55% growth expected in 2026. Data centers need lithium for backup power and load balancing. It's not just EVs anymore.
I'm buying the producers that survived the price crash and are now positioned for the supply squeeze.
Albemarle (ALB) is the largest lithium producer in the Western world. They have operations in Australia, Chile, and the US. They were the most beaten down during the price crash and now have the most operating leverage on the recovery. When lithium goes from $10,000 to $24,000, a company with $8,000 production costs goes from thin margins to printing money.
Sociedad Quimica y Minera (SQM) operates in Chile's Atacama salt flat, one of the richest lithium deposits on earth. Low-cost brine extraction gives them some of the best margins in the industry when prices are elevated.
For US-focused exposure, Livent (now part of Arcadium Lithium via the Allkem merger) gives you diversified lithium production across Argentina, the US, and Canada with a growth pipeline focused on battery-grade supply for the North American EV market.
The Global X Lithium & Battery Tech ETF (LIT) holds a basket of lithium miners, battery manufacturers, and EV supply chain companies for broader exposure to the entire electrification supply chain.
I'm concentrated in the low-cost producers because if lithium prices stay elevated for 3-5 years (which the supply deficit math suggests), these companies compound earnings aggressively at current prices. And if prices go even higher on a true shortage in 2028, the operating leverage gets extreme.
The market is always changing and you don't have the time to track it. I run a 100% FREE webinar every week to break down market moves and how to make money from real world events. Drop a comment and I'll send you the link.
I eat this breakfast every day.
I call it Lean Body Glop and it looks like slop but it tastes delicious.
Recipe:
- 250g low fat Greek Yogurt
- One scoop weigh protein powder
- Teaspoon psyllium husk
- 100g frozen fruit (strawberries, blueberries, mangoes work best)
Around 350 calories, 40-50 protein, 10g fiber.
Eat this for breakfast every day.
A family friend lost her scarf at the ground after the West Ham or Wolves game late Feb/early March. She’s had it for 45 years and it was with her at Hillsborough and laid on the Kop after. If anyone can help us find it, we’d really appreciate it. Please RT
Most grassroots players scan before receiving the ball.
But they have no idea what they’re actually looking for.
Use this 4 point checklist to fix this.
It’s called BOTS 👇
@levelsio I eat 225g protein per day in two main meals without any protein supplements.
Post-workout:
- 2 eggs
- 30 tbsp egg whites
- 1 serving cottage cheese
Dinner:
- 12 oz lean meat
- 1 serving cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
Dessert:
- 2 servings Greek yogurt
Skill issue :)
Unbelievable the amount of food you need to eat to hit 2g per kg in bodyweight while being in caloric restriction or maintainance, I mean I hit it but it's not easy is it
5 Grams Per Day: The Gold Standard
This is the dose that’s been studied for decades.
It boosts strength, lean muscle, and recovery by increasing cellular energy (ATP).
You’ll also see gradual improvements in working memory, mood stability, and mental clarity.
Creatine is one of the most studied and effective supplements for your body and your brain.
But the benefits change depending on the dosage.
Here's the benefits (and drawbacks) you'll experience at different dosages of creatine:

Disruption to the there TV schedules and advertisements ...
“There is a big problem with ticket prices, and these figures are definitely not fair for fans,"

WALKFLORRIE TO MAKE TRIP FROM DINGLE (Liverpool) TO DINGLE (County Kerry) ☘️
@WalkFlorrie have confirmed a community trip to ireland, travelling from (Liverpool) to Dingle (County Kerry) with a 2-night stay in Galway.
The Journey is more than a trip abroad. It is being made in memory of Walk Florrie’s fallen brothers, (Ian, John, Alan, Michael, Paul) whose lives and friendships have helped shape the groups values of togetherness, openness and mutual brotherhood.
During the trip, members will stay in Galway before travelling on to Dingle, where they will part in a wellbeing walk, reflection and meeting with a local community group. A key aim of the visit is to build lasting links between our 2 amazing communities.
Tony Caveney, founder of Walk Florrie, said; “This trip means a great deal to all of us at the Florrie. We’re carrying the memory of our fallen brothers with us every step of the way. Going from Dingle to Dingle was a pipe dream myself and Ian Jones would always talk about on the walks, sadly Ian lost his short battle with cancer in July 2025, so we thought it only fitting to honour his memory by fulling the journey on his anniversary, while also setting up links around the 2 dingle areas. The journey will hopefully symbolise connection, friendship and more importantly the power of community”
Walk Florrie hopes the trip will not only honour those friends we’ve lost but also create new friendships and conversations long after the group return #NeverAlone 💚💛
Sauna. Cold plunges. Elaborate supplement stacks.
None of these are bad.
But they don't directly attack the three things that actually matter:
1. How lean you are.
2. How fit you are.
3. How strong you are.
Big rocks first. Niche stuff later.
