Unreal I have been a victim of hacking and fraud on my #ba account and there is no way of reporting it. They don’t answer phones , or what’s app. @British_Airways what the hell is wrong with you. #britishairways

So I have just had it confirmed by @British_Airways that if you are a victim of fraud or your account has been hacked there is nobody who you can speak to directly you have to go through the customer service line which they do not answer. What an absolute disgrace they are.
